I can't recommend Lance more highly for buying or selling your San Francisco home. He has helped our family purchase two different homes in San Francisco over the years, and his extensive knowledge and experience with the local neighborhood helped us win the negotiations in both cases.

When it came time to sell our house last month--in a rapidly changing market with rising interest rates--Lance was a superstar! He provided valuable advice on how to get our house ready for sale, facilitated renovations, and recommended a list price--backed up by research and comps--that put our house in an optimal position. To top it off, we had already moved abroad and were on pins and needles about how to manage things from afar. Lance's communication was seamless and he was always available to chat or do a video call, reassuring us that our house was in the best hands possible.
