The seven years we lived in there , the management changed thrice. When we first moved to US, this was our home until this May. When we moved into these apartments, the then management said we didn't need to do yearly agreements after an year. The manager and maintenance personnel were great. Then after 1.5 yrs management changed and another management took charges(FPI management). During the transition they lost our rental cheque and we had to fight back that the amount came from bank and we already did paid. The first management included maintenance, sewage and trash in the rent and we directly deposited the rent from bank. The second management changed that and asked us to go for yearly agreements and they didn't include water and sewage and maintenance in the rent and we had to drop off the rental cheque every month. They introduced parking stickers which helped us a lot. Then after 1.5 yrs, management changed and then came BLVD management with Brandon as manager. He was rude and arrogant. During Covid era when all the apartments reduced the rents, we also asked for it during our yearly agreements. He said he lived in Santa Clara and the rents are high there. I didn't understand why he didn't move to these apartments as earlier two managers lived here. He also said that it was not in our best interest to move as we had to incur moving charges. He was the first manager who said we had to wait for our turn until the people remove their clothes from the washing machines. He made free open parking spaces as paid ones. He also changed everyone's parking space. When one of the residents asked about it he said we enjoyed luxury all these years and it would not happen from now onwards. The maintenance personnel with this management was not knowledgeable. He either replaces without even diagnosing it or says it was tenants fault. When our oven stopped working he said it was because of the grease in our oven without even trying to diagnose the problem. When our outlet was giving problems, he didn't even listen to us. He put small LED lamp and said it was working. My husband tried to explain the problem to him and he didn't listen to us. We had to raise the ticket once again and this time we had to literally stop him and show what was the problem. That also he blamed on us . If not for this management we would have stayed there until our kids finished their high school. The management lost our one month notice and said we didn't even submit one. My husband had to come from work and talk with the temporary manager to resolve this issue. After we moved out, we came to know that new manager was posted. We hope he is kind and respectful towards his tenants.

The Community Manager Brandon is a great Manager, he's very understanding, as long as you communicate he gots you. Love the community it's well kept and some renovations going on in the pool are and loving the new addition: The BBQ Grill! I love the area its in a very nice area and haven't had any issues with my neighbors. Hoping to stay a resident for many years to come.

Let me start off by saying The greenery is the best place we have ever lived. we have been here for almost six years and plan on staying many more. Me and my wife and two kids fit in perfectly. The greenery is quiet, tranquil and not to far off the beaten path as far as freeways are concerned. We love it here and we especially like the new management. Lindsay is awesome! she has helped us out from time to time and gone out of her way to keep the comfort level at a maximum. I have heard good things about her from our neighbors as well. Our neighbors are also friendly, we even watch some of there children from time to time. Our kids attend the local school which is also great.I have to bring to attention some of the other reviews. they are old and should not hold weight to the new management and the way things are. A new pool area and a new driveway paved and painted and a new laundry mat are just a few things that make this place as cool as it is. Not to mention a huge safeway right across the street. let me end by saying this place has everything you need.

Honestly just spend extra money living somewhere else. The hot water is constantly going out, their has been a few times where we have no water AT ALL, the scaffolding is an eye sore and a trip hazard. Also, for some reason the lights on the back side of the appartments facing Payne school have been out for a few weeks, its literally pitch black when night time comes around. It would be a dam shame if someone fell and hurt themselves because they can't see the stairs leading up to their apartment.

TL;DR I don't think they have a competent maintenance dept. Pay extra to live somewhere else where management actually cares for their renters.

We have been new residents @ Greenery and have grown at home! While the place is nicely located, its quiet and serene and easily accessible. We enjoy our interaction with Rachelle (the onsite manager) and together with her team (Tony, the super awesome handyman) we are quite happy with the set up here. My Wife, Kids and Dog really enjoy the community and also the homeliness of this apartment.

You aren’t allowed to use the patio. Basically your paying 2300 Just to be told what u Can or can’t have on your patio. Can’t bbq. Must put a deposit down if you want to use. Manager is in everyone’s business. We’ve been here for 6 years and we barely got our bathroom faucet running good. Raise the rent every what seems to be 6 months.

Not the highest class of people living here. The management isn’t that great.if you have a problem you have to deal with it through FPI management. Spend a little extra money and rent elsewhere for better management and a nicer/cleaner community.

Seem to continue having terrible communication on any maintenance going on with the apartments and management never seems to answer. Been trying to move out but rent is pretty high here. Don't even bother moving in.
