After owning one of these homes for almost a year and going thru issues with the house, this builder has one of the worst people and contractors that they work with. Warranty issues never get taken care off, they always blame different people for different issues and takes months to get them to fix something. If you are looking to deal with the worst warranty department and people this is the home for you. Poor quality work and poor Customer Service

Hey, tell your trucking company (GR Trucking, or similar) they should consider stopping at the stop sign at Gum Ranch and Kenneth. A fully loaded dump truck coming from your job site and running the stop sign is irresponsible and dangerous. The car he cutoff on Kenneth had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. The dump truck was second of two and it was obvious he was just trying to stay on the first guy’s tail, the rest of the cars on the road be damned!

Beautiful homes but way out of my price range. I have a large down payment for a new home but it wouldn't even matter with these homes. Oh well, might have to look out of state for something that makes sense
