One agent, Tamara Totman, stands out super helpful and effective. She guided us through the new home purchase with her expertise, especially with a warm heart. Supposedly a long and complicated process, but she made it pleasant and enjoyable. There were issues that could be hurdles towards a closing, she worked very hard and communicated with all parties to make it work. Before we found Tamara, we contacted 3 other Virginia brokers, all well known on Youtube and social media. We were left stranded, either no call backs, or half-heartedness. We were not even able to set up a single house tour. We were really fortunate to finally come across Tamara.
