Beautiful place to live in a central location. Apartments are very nice and the staff are even better! Desirae is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is what makes The Hub the best living experience. They're very affordable and responsive. They have a huge interactive community with many events thrown throughout the year for those looking for social engagement. Overall a great place to live and would recommend to everyone!

The Hub Apartments is by far one of the most fun, comfortable and well take care of apartments I have visited! The staff is amazing, and the food next door is such a nice treat. The leasing staff hosts super fun monthly resident events, and the maintenance tech does a wonderful job keeping the community in the best shape! Highly recommend living here!!

So it’s been a decent bit since I’ve moved out but I lived in this complex from the day it was able to move people in after being built till the end of last year give or take and let me tell you this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I can gurantee you they put walls up with nothing in them because you can hear anything and everything from people to cars to even just the street bottom saying please wait to cross every time oh and better yet? The hot dog thing they keep advertising is nothing but annoying because it is always smelling nasty truck looks like it’s never cleaned with grease just running down the sides and just the awful live music you’re forced to hear almost every weekend is not worth how much they’re asking and in the summer you will be dying in your units even when I had 3 fans blasting and my “patio” door open the unit could never get below 80 degrees until the sun went down. Also when you move out be ready for anything they can charge you for because they will charge you. The staff is really friendly but dont let them fool you it’s also really sketchy area at night due to crackheads and homeless. Also also good luck ever trying to park in that parking lot! Please beware and know there are better options actually worth your money!

Blanca and Desirae take great care of the community! Their staff is attentive, responsive, and helpful. When I have a need, I know I can always expect a quick reply by email or phone. They also keep regular office hours, so someone is on site each day to be of assistance. Nothing but pleasant experiences to report!

For those who are considering moving into the hub I advise you to please read this before making a decision.
Pros
-Nice hot dog stand/restaurant next door
-A decent gym
-really close by to convenient stores/grocery stores
-sometimes the apartment company will throw these little events where they bring food and drinks for everyone
-Awesome activity room
-pet deposit is a one time fee
Cons
-everyone is packed in like sardines, so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does even if they’re two units down, from walking around to talking on the phone
-you get noise complaints insanely easy and if you get 3 they will kick you out
- you can’t have friends/family over inside of your apartment unless you want to risk getting a noise complaint
-cars get broken into on a daily basis
-parking is terrible
-after your lease your rent will go up majority of the time it’s 150 from what I saw
-units are insanely overpriced
-good luck getting in if you have bad credit
- if you miss a payment you’ll get fined a late fee halfway through the month and at the end of the month
-Doesn’t have a pool
-insane turnover rate
those considering getting a studio with the hub please for the love of god don’t do it. there are way better options nearby for the same price and a lot bigger. You’re basically paying for a closet and risking getting evicted due to complaints. It’s listed for 1399-1424 in reality you’re paying 1500 a month with all the utilities and bills combined. honestly for 1500 I would highly recommend going to toscana or Britton apartments.

The Hub Apartment was a great experience for my daughter. Desirae, the Property Manager was great to work with & very accommodating. The location is extremely secure with c-card access to the building after hours. The rooms are very nice, clean & adequate. The location is convenient to shopping & freeway access. The checkout process was very fair too. The atmosphere is very positive & uplifting. I highly recommend it. This is Carolyn. My daughter loved the apartment and we did too. The management team especially Desirae were exceptional. We have never stayed in a nicer atmosphere and apartment.

The Hub is a great place to live! The building management is of the utmost importance to me. The team of Desirae, Blanca, Davey, and on special occasions Kristy, is top notch. They respond quickly to any concerns in a warm, friendly manner. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants, shopping, the library and recreational trails. The Chehalis Western bike trail is almost at our back door. The bus stop is directly in front of the Hub and the Lacey Transit Center is a mere block away. When I don’t feel like using my car, it is so convenient to use. I am an older person and love the mix of young and old here at the Hub!
