I can’t say enough good things about the Huntington Apartments and, most importantly, about Jasmine, the property manager. From the moment my parents first toured the property, Jasmine’s warmth and genuine care stood out. She’s truly a gem—always approachable, incredibly helpful, and she has this amazing ability to make everyone feel at ease. Despite her long hours, she greets everyone with a smile and a pleasant demeanor that’s so refreshing.

My parents, who are seniors, have been treated with such kindness by Jasmine. It’s like she takes care of them as if they were her own grandparents. Her attention to their needs and the extra steps she takes to ensure their comfort were the main reasons they decided to sign the lease. They’ve been absolutely thrilled with their decision ever since.

The Huntington Apartments themselves are fantastic. The property is impeccably maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The pool area is beautifully designed, providing a perfect spot for relaxation, while the gym is well-equipped and clean.

If you’re considering moving here, know that Jasmine will make the transition seamless and enjoyable. Her dedication to the residents truly enhances the living experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Huntington Apartments for anyone looking for a great place to call home.

In the past nearly ten years of living in SoCal, the team here is the best and most recommended professional team I have encountered so far. Also, I had some problems before moving out and moved out, but they were able to assist me solve them immediately.

Most importantly, must shoutout to manager Jasmine, team members Lee, Robert, Ricardoz, and everyone who works here, they are always friendly and warm and will give you the assistance you need.

If The Huntington is already on your consideration list, this is definitely your HOME! Highly recommend to anyone!

I've had repeated issues with my upstairs neighbor and her heavy stomping. It has been bad enough that she has woken me up from my sleep early in the morning. I've had to complain repeatedly to the front office. The first time I called, the apartment manager Jasmine answered and stated that no one had ever complained about her before. I don't care if no one has complained before. It doesn't mean it isn't happening.
The most recent time I complained, the person upstairs proceeded to stomp repeatedly as if taunting me - because she knows the front office does nothing. I am now having to file a police report because our front office manager can't be bothered to respond to emails let alone do something about this!

Update 2/25: I've now had a package stolen from their package room. Be prepared to be gaslit by their staff when you bring these things to their attention. I was told "we are not responsible for your packages" and that I have to go through the package storage company to request camera access as THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN CAMERAS in the package room! There were no apologies provided. I have been left with a profound feeling of HELPLESSNESS in dealing with this property as there is a severe lack of empathy and responsiveness in dealing with these issues. Horrific experience.

I was driving on Huntington in the spring of 2022. I saw the sign by the curb. I didn't need an apartment., but the building looked so nice from the outside, I just wanted to be nosey and check out the inside. Thats when I met Lee, her personality was addictive and the next thing I know, a couple weeks later I was moving into my new 2bd 2bath apt. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with the granite countertops, deep tubs, the walk-in closets, the flooring. I was hooked. In the common area there's signage that always has a positive message that just brightens your day when you walk through. From the staff to the tenants it's hard to pass by someone that doesn't have a smile on their face. Especially Jasmine, the property manager.

This is definitely a wonderful place to call home.

A classy upscale space. A quiet safe neighborhood. Great for doggies. Property Manager Jasmine and her staff are TOP NOTCH attentive, friendly and personable. Maintenance is on top of everything same day mostly and even preventative to address issues before they arrive. The grounds are kept clean and even the hallways smell nice! 😅✨ Cannot recommend enough!
