Please do not I repeat rent from this company. They are bedbug and termite infested. This company is extremely racist. They will rob you blind, and will not make any repairs. If you have kids all units are mold infested you and your kids will stay sick. They will just paint over the mold instead of treating it. Make sure you take pictures before and after just in case you have to take these slumlords to court. I would not recommend this hell hole to a homeless person.

This is by far the worst rental company in history. The owners are slumlords. I repeat do no rent from this company. They want your rent but won't make any repairs. The apts are full of mold and termites. If your rent is not current they will not fix any repairs if needed. Please I repeat make another choice before renting with slumlords.
