I met Jill Nelson first time a year ago through our mutual friend recommendation and I never regret that I choose her to be my agent.
I got a job out of state and had to sell my lovely contemporary house in WV. Jill did NOT have an easy task to sell. House had foundation issues, which had to be address prior attempt to sell. Stay away from Jim Weiler. Do not rent or buy a home from this guy. You’ve been warned.

Update: RE/Max, thank you for sympathizing I understand what you’re saying and I’m sure that RE/Max has nothing to do with his rental properties and his very poor way of dealing and handling tenants concerns, even to the point when it’s unsafe for my whole family. He could care less. But what you reap is what you sow. Karma hits hard when it comes back around and never good for your health.
