I’ve rented a house through this company for a year and a half. (I have almost 6 months left in my current lease) I’ve always gotten quick responses for maintenance, and for the most part communication has been efficient. We only had one situation that was not clear and when it was realized that there was a miscommunication, it was cleared up by a member of their team. They respect our privacy and have never made us feel uncomfortable in our living space. I also had an easy time with applying and was able to move in quickly. I don’t know if I got lucky, because I see a lot of negative reviews about them. But I have had a very pleasant time renting through them.

I've used Tacoma Property Management for the past 5 years. THey have provided me with a range of different services for my rental. They have always been responsive, courteous, competitively priced, and very helpful during the tenant reviewing process. TPM has place multiple tenants and I have not have any issues with payment or the quality of the tenants.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a Property Management Company in the Tacoma. area.

Overall they have been a good company to work with. So far no bad tenants. They have been good mediators if there are issues. And they take good care of the property.

Room for improvement:. I found their statements a little confusing come tax season.
Their maintenance company is a family connection and sometimes their bids seem a little high but they work with me if I want to use an alternative. And otherwise they have done good work.

Working with Tacoma PMC as a potential tenant has been a pleasant experience thus far. Andrew was very helpful during my search for a rental property, he was quick to reply, schedule a showing, and provide information. I can't say the same thing for MOST of the other companies I contacted during my search. Heck, the majority wouldn't even respond to inquiries for listed properties.

Looking forward to the rental through Tacoma PMC.
