After retirement, my wife and I decided to buy a part time residence in a winter house in Phoenix to be close to kids and grandchildren. We are life still long residents of Nebraska, but the warmer climate was also a nice reason to consider this purchase.
With all of the issues you could imagine of buying a house without actually seeing it only virtually, Johnny Walker took us through the process, and only with one “hiccup “, we found the right house for the right price.

Johnny Walker was all I could have expected and more. When it was time to sell my house he was able to find a buyer in 48 hours after it was listed. On top of that he was able to negotiate a price above the asking price.
Johnny was up front and honest how the process would work. He followed through with the escrow company to insure that the process stayed on course and timely.
