Kim Fraser is the very best realtor I have ever worked with! She walked me through the process of buying my first house and patiently explained every step of the process! She found me the perfect place in my budget in the neighborhood of my dreams. She always treated me like her priority and as a friend.

Several years later, when it was time to relocate, I only trusted Kim to help me. She sells many million dollar homes, but treated my humble home with the same care and professionalism as her high level homes. She again walked me through the process and was with me every step! Her team advertised my home beautifully and I had multiple offers within days.
