Mediocre apartments, not abjectly terrible but far from worth the exorbitant rates being charged. Loud neighbors and a routinely dirty compound with frequent broken glass, dog droppings and other unsavory litter.

Was a great tenant for two years and left the place spotless on move-out (photo proof attatched). Got a letter two days later keeping my $400 deposit and demanding $600 more for various outrageous cleaning fees. If you make the mistake of dealing with these people, document everything and protect yourself. They will take every opportunity to strong-arm money out of their tenants in any crooked way they can.

My boyfriend got our first apartment here at The Lakes in May. We love living here. It’s clean, neighbors are nice, the facilities are very nice as well. We can also have our dog here with us which makes things even better! Management and Maintenance do very well with communicating with residents regarding things that need fixed and they will even send out emails regarding weather or resident safety alerts.

I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family.

I just wanted to say that Brian the maintenance person who came to update my water heater provided great customer service. When he was done he asked if I needed anything else? And he actually fixed my closet door that came off the track! I was super happy. The other maintenance guy Mark is great too!

I wanted to also say that Skyler the new manager is great and a breath of fresh air. Before Skyler came I had asked previous manager so many times to contact someone to fix my online account so I could pay my rent online and I asked so many times in a year and was told it couldn't be done. Then Skyler comes along and in one afternoon he got it fixed! I'm really happy with his customer service.

I have been living here for around 8 months, for just a single man i enjoy it. I have had no issues with safety, or maintenance. I find the rent price fair. its quiet and easy to keep clean. the apartment I am in isn't very large but again I am just a single dude it fits me just right.

Would not recommend. For one, the amenities ("fitness area", lounge with grill, etc) advertised are only available at one of the two apartment locations and it is not the one on the lake. This means you either get the lake (just a view for a few select units, no access) or you get the amenities, but not both. When I signed my lease they also advertised a pool which I only found out after moving in was permanently closed (obviously did not offer any change of rent). They have since removed that from their website although it is still listed as an amenity on zillow. The only amenity actually available at my location was the laundry, which you obviously still have to pay to use.

If you want any pet, even a cat, be prepared to pay absurd fees and additional deposits totalling $600 in addition to an increase in monthly rent.

Based on other reviews I expect to be nickled and dimed to no end on my deposit although to be fair I have not gone through that process yet.

There are better options in the same price range available in Moses Lake and I look forward to moving out.

Note: I reached out to the property manager with this review for comment and received no response.

Currently living in a recently remodeled apartment that was gonna be an additional $50 a month for its upgrades. Two days in and the dishwasher was backing up into the sink to which the maintenance man said there was nothing he could do, stating it was a plumbing problem for the grounds. And now I have been waiting two weeks for them to come and fix a closet door that fell off the tracks of the recently remodeled apartment. They state it’s not an emergency two weeks ago but would be put on the to do list. Must be a long to do list. Oh and the pool still isn’t open despite all Covid restrictions being lifted and it being the middle of summer.

not a bad place. Did have a shooting pretty close to the apartments to the point it hit the laundry facility. Definitely feel as though I pay more for what I'm getting. And yeah you can hear people but it's expected so I'm cool with it. Overall not bad.

As easy as it is to get in, your w s g IS NOT included. These 500 sq apartments for close to $1,200 a month ate not it. And if they have any issues with your move out they do not contact you personally. And when we decided to move out, they didn’t tell us EVERYTHING we would be charged for. (And yes i read the lease)
Honestly for what you pay, go elsewhere.
