The Landing at Carmichael is a gated senior independent living facility. Living quarters are your choice of Studio Apartment or one-bedroom apartment. The studio apartments do not have a kitchen. The one-bedroom apartments have a kitchen and a bedroom that can fit a queen-sized bed perfectly.

The facility has several activities planned for each day. Definitely some of them will appeal to you. The meals (lunch and supper) are very tasty and the soup is Home-Made. There are housekeepers to clean your room. Facility is very clean. I have been here about 8 months and can find nothing to complain about. Check out The Landing at Carmichael. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I’ve been at the Landing over 3 years and loving it. I employ a caretaker to help me and she is always welcome by the staff. I feel safe and very comfortable. The staff are courteous, gracious and very helpful. I have my meals delivered and feel very spoiled. There are many activities to participate in if you choose. I highly recommend living at this independent center.

I'm a resident here and can give an honest review. The staff is very helpful, courteous and present to say hello. I enjoy some close friendships here and aside from cooking I like feeding the squirrels. The dining room serves nice meals. They offer many fun activities here.

Welcome to the Landing. Another step in life passage. Another learning experience as you gear down.
The Landings population of men and women is interesting and varied. Activities are offered to share experiences, play cards through art and music good conversation.
Holidays are celebrated with decorations and fun treat filled parties.
The grounds have a beautiful red wood trees, shrubs, flowers and lawn. Complete with shaded seating.
I RECOMMEND THE LANDING AT CARMICHAEL. !!

My dad moved into The Landing and unfortunately went into the hospital and passed shortly after. Everyone at this facility was very caring and helpful as I navigated all that goes with cleaning out his place etc.
I am sad that my dad missed the opportunity to live here as all the staff and residents I have met over the last few weeks have been wonderful. I think he really would have enjoyed it.

From the executive director all the way to the staff, you find positive actions and leadership that wants to be apart of this community.this consists of games, rides to doctor appts, and other amenities.the best bang for your buck in the Sacramento area.

I’ve lived at The Landing now for six months. The staff here are excellent and go above and beyond to be there for all the residents. I have many favorites among the variety of meals they prepare and serve, but all the food is good. Our community activities include lots of fun, like Karaoke, games, Happy Hour! Moving here has definitely improved my health, including my mental health. I highly recommend The Landing.

I have lived here for about a year and now I have to move to be closer to my family and doctors. I already miss my friends here. Natalie, Neda, the staff, and the residents have established a real, caring community of people with diverse backgrounds, abilities, and personalities. This is a comfortable place to live: nice and clean, centrally located yet tucked away in a quiet, leafy corner just across the street from beautiful Carmichael Park. It's a place where you can enjoy solitude but also have excellent company. My visitors were also impressed with The Landing and my relatives have said that they would choose to live here, too, especially with Natalie and Neda running things with such professionalism and genuine warmth.
