The Landings is run by Hunt, an unprofessional and uncaring corporation. The Navy is reluctant to get involved with issues in this housing area.

Some Good Stuff
-nice waterfront park
-walking distance to elementary school
-beautiful landscaping
-clean playgrounds
-close to hwy

Ongoing issues
- main entrance risky due to traffic congestion
-lack of communication between admin/residents
-trash and dumping on sidewalks
-vehicle break-ins and vehicle theft common
-No security cameras
-poor mail/package delivery
-rules not enforced consistently or equally

Jesse did an outstanding job preforming my annual preventative maintenance. He went above and beyond and was very courteous during his visit in my home. He was knowledgeable about each job that needed to be completed and explained everything with accuracy. He would listen to all my concerns and questions with great attentiveness and was able to complete everything in a timely manner. He left my home in better condition than when he arrived. He noted items I didn't even notice had issues until he repaired them and I could see the quality I had been missing. Thank you for calling ahead and keeping me informed throughout the duration of your visit. We need more maintenance people like Jesse!

~We have been residents at the landings for a while and absolutely love our little community. Management is very professional and willing to work with us everytime we have needed it.
~We are also very impressed with the 24hr maintenance made available to us and the integrity of the workers.
~We enjoy the gym, clean playgrounds, beautiful landscaping, the waterfront park, having the school close by, and being near the freeway !
~The community also offers different events each month such as Bingo and neighborhood meetings.

We came here from Groton, CT in 2021 and since then they have taken amazing care of us. Everything that breaks is fix within 3 days. They keep the neighborhood looking beautiful. They have so many events for the family. In 2021 before our son was born they helped my 8 months pregnant wide and I get back to our car that was stuck in the snow without us even asking. These are a really good group of individuals and I hope they can continue doing great work here.

The maintenance crew here is really nice and efficient at their jobs. We recently had Jesse at the house to fix our furnace and it went really smoothly. He came by 2 days ago to check it out and figure out what the problem was. We had to wait a day for the parts and to make sure we were comfortable he brought over a portable heater for us to use! How very thoughtful. The part came in and everything is good to go now. Very much appreciate them!!

We live in a PSNS historical house down in Bremerton and we get our maintenance done by The Landings. I can only say good things about their service and professionalism. Very quick response rate and excellent customer service. Special shoutout to Jesse, he is very good at his job and solves issues in a heartbeat.

We have lived here for a year now, and have loved it! It’s such a great location, between Bremerton and Silverdale and so close to the highway. It’s on the water, which we love to explore and play around (almost daily with our kids!) Also there are wonderful walking trails and 20 + playgrounds! We are so close to the elementary school, which has been convenient this year. We also love the community the landings makes through events; monthly BINGO (our favorite), summer BBQs, Pokémon scavenger hunts, and gatherings. The staff are amazing and easy to work with. They seem to actually care about us and we aren’t just another number. Erika has always been there for us for every question and concern and a delight to work with. Maintenance is quick to respond and help! Overall, we have loved our experience and hope to have many more years here.
