To make a long story short, we have been working with Landlord Law Group for the past 4 years and it has been nothing less than a great experience. Now the long story...

We had to put our Everett house up for rent when we made the move to California. Based on a personal recommendation (from a real estate agent who will remain nameless), we went with a different property manager who gave us the most horrid experience, lying to us about the first renter's background and their subsequent year of nonpayments!! Imagine trying to pay a mortgage when you have a new baby and your own rental. It was one of the worst times of our lives.

We then got in touch with Rob, who did an awesome job of minimizing our losses and removing the lowlifes who were squatting in our house. We can't thank him enough for all the work he did for us.

Rob put us in touch with Errin and Angela who put a great deal of work into bringing our house back to pristine condition to make it available for renting again. Through the whole process, they kept us up-to-date on everything going on with costs and work. **Thanks to them, we now have a wonderful family living in our Everett house and have not had a single issue to date.**

During the time we have worked together, we have always found Errin and Angela to be very professional and fair in rental pricing and maintenance costs. They have been quick to respond via email or phone whenever any questions have come up. They also provide us updates and billing every month so there is a continuous line of contact, in case any issues arise.

It takes a lot to entrust someone with your home when you live states away, but we have always felt that ours is in great hands.
