Colleen and her team are absolutely amazing! My husband and I have bought/sold eight properties, using Colleen for three of the transactions. Colleen is likely the most professional agent we have ever used. She is a true advocate for you as a client and will advocate for your best interest throughout transaction. Colleen actually was the realtor to the buyer of our last home sale. I really appreciated her quick response professionalism and stayed in communication with our realtor. We had such a great experience with the sale of the house and decided that any future home we would have her represent us. We have worked with several realtors and she by far exceeds all of our expectations. For the first time we felt like she had our best interest at heart and never felt pushed in one direction. From the very beginning throughout the whole process Colleen helped ease our anxieties and was helpful on our concerns. She is on time, professional and takes notes. We recently closed on a house and Colleen Lane from The Lane Real Estate Team was our realtor of choice. She had a lot of great reviews, so we were not surprised to find that she was incredible. We live in Seattle and buying a property with very specific criteria in the Tri Cities was not exactly an easy task. Through the entire process Colleen was incredibly supportive. We made several trips to the Tri Cities, and each time Colleen would meet with us to view various properties or to perform inspections. She was very understanding about our scheduling constraints, even at times meeting people in our place as we could not travel down in time. I would without a doubt use her services in the future.

My sister recommended Colleen when my husband and I were looking for a house in the Tri Cities area last November. She helped us find a great house in our price range even though the market was tight and houses were moving fast. We loved working with Colleen. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about the area, easy to work with, and attentive--she listened to us and understood and cared about what kind of property we were looking for. Once we found the house we wanted, all of our dealings were from another state and Colleen was on top of the process every step of the way. She always responded promptly when we had a question or concern, and made sure the escrow process was moving along so we could close on time. At the end of escrow, Colleen found a significant mistake in the final loan docs that that my husband and I had overlooked! We were thankful for her attention to detail.
Colleen is a professional in every way. We have complete confidence in her integrity and her expertise and we highly recommend her if you’re looking for a realtor!

Colleen definitely went the extra mile with us. Our home buying journey took 5 months and she stuck with us the entire way. We came from out of state and had to do all our house hunting virtually, which she facilitated without any issues.
