We saw the amazing reviews for The Laureate, and even though it looked like a student building (and we're not students), we decided to check it out. While it turned out to be exclusively for students, but Sabrina, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful. She took her time to orient us in our apartment search and even offered to connect us with her resources. I wish we could live in this building! Though we couldn't become residents, we're very grateful to have met Sabrina. If I could live in any apartment with Sabrina as my property manager, I would say yes in a heartbeat!

Great place to live in Berkeley! Great location next to Papa John’s, plenty of other restaurants, Peet’s coffee, bus stop just down the road. Safe with just registered Berkeley students. Nice amenities like bike locker, package reception, workout room, rooftop, study room. Sabrina the property manager is quite welcoming and helpful, and isn’t afraid to rectify issues you have, very loyal and protective! I stayed in the biggest suite with 8 people total but it was a great experience and way to meet people. Would reccomend!

Living here as a student was one of the best decisions I've made. You definitely get all of your money's worth with the study area in the lobby, the gym, the rooftop view, and the amazing property manager, Sabrina. She is always introducing the residents to one another to create a community-like atmosphere, and always checks in with you to make sure you're doing good. She's the best, and the Laureate is amazing. Live here if you get the chance to!

Love this place! The leasing manager, Sabrina, is super helpful and excellent to work with. She takes great care of the residents and I love this place. The gym, bicycle room is a plus to have. The rooms are clean and well maintained by the management. I really like it here and would recommend this place.

I have loved living here as a student! It's extremely comfortable, close to everything and it's makes being a student here much easier. The property manager is incredibly gracious, very helpful, and always goes above and beyond! This place is fantastic!

I just renewed my lease with the leasing manager. She was great. She responded very fast and promptly. Hire more people like her! The area is fantastic. I am very fortunate to have clean and quiet roommates.
The staff here is extremely helpful and understanding. They are always prepared to answer any questions that I may have. The maintenance team always gets the job done quickly and efficiently as well. It is also convenient to live this close to campus, making it very easy to get to classes in a timely manner.
From the moment I walked in I knew it was a home. I’ve been here since September and I’ve been enjoying my stay. I get to work out daily after I canceled my gym membership since I already have a gym here. I use the pods so I get to do my stuff with ease. Everything makes me happy living here. The staff is always very attentive and I would recommend this place to all
Love the ambience, the vibe is chill and clean. Love the leasing office. They're property manager is on top of everything in the greatest of ways. The whole staff brings an energy!
