I’ve only lived at The Livingston for a few months, but I can already say this has been an amazing place to call home. The apartments are well-maintained, the community is welcoming, and the location makes it easy to explore my new neighborhood.

A huge shoutout to Amber, the apartment manager, who has made my transition here so smooth. She is extremely professional, super personable, and truly makes me feel seen and heard—which is rare and so appreciated. Not only does she take great care of the residents, but she’s also helped me get familiar with White Center, offering great recommendations and making me feel at home in a new area.

If you’re looking for a well-run, comfortable place to live with excellent management, I highly recommend The Livingston!

We toured this apartment building and liked its location. It's close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and great restaurants. Easy freeway access is also excellent for getting to downtown Seattle for work.

i am writing this to warn you guys to not move into these apartments specifically #305 , unless you like ants in your apartment no matter what you do , the WORST upstairs neighbor ( yeah you 405 ) leasing agents that never seem to answer their phones & water that turns yellow and is unusable i would highly recommend not living here ! my parking spot was consistently given to new tenants leaving me no where to park because they failed to put me in their system , or it was just taken by other residents and there friends. our water turned yellow on multiple occasions where management did not find it necessary to notify any other tenants tho it was a BUILDING wide issue. Packages began getting stolen towards the end of our lease , PLUS if you did have any URGENT maintenance issues goodluck!! it’ll take them atleast two hours to get there ! let’s not forget to mention your personal door is done through a key fob and if you forget your key you are automatically locked out of your unit and they do not assist with lock outs !!! But get this … you don’t even need to forget your key to get locked out because the doors will randomly decide to stop working and not let you in! i was locked out of my unit for 5+ hours ( 3 of which were waiting for maintenance) in which resulted in maintenance kicking my door in because they could not access my unit any other way ! If you rent 305 you will also be stuck with the hellish people above you who let their child run rampant all hours of the night ! i filed multiple noise complaints with both the building and the police. this is a terrible place to live and it will make you miserable . please do not rent 305 or any other unit from the livingstone ( or the bluestone bc it’s ran by the same people )

If you like to see management teams look into your rooms and closet every year to inspect the fire alarms and sprinkler systems, this place is for you. If you like your mails stolen as there's no mail room to place bigger packages, this place is for you. If you like to perceive recreational drugs in the evening at the hallway, this place is for you.

Don’t bother with this place. I live in the building attached next door and the garage parking lot that costs $75 a month to park in has been broken into 4 times in the past six months. Management has not taken any real action to secure the garage - they like to just add a smaller padlock each time it’s happened. Over half of the cars that park in there has suffered from being broken into and stolen from at least once, if not more. Parker, the property manager, will be quick to tell you rent is still due in the midst of a pandemic but won’t respond when it comes to a real emergency. Renters beware - the place is nice and new but there’s no point when it’s all being protected by a thin padlock.
