We had a truly outstanding experience working with the Lund Team. Each team member was professional and extremely helpful. Tammy and Jeff put us at ease and made us feel comfortable and confident having them represent us. Jeff walked us through the entire sale experience from beginning to end and was always responsive to our many questions. He made selling our house easy for us. Interviewed several realtors and when I met Tyson Lund, I immediately knew he was the right one to sell our home - and I was absolutely right. Every step of the way, Tyson was professional, knowledgeable, responsible, helpful, reliable, and caring. We toured our home and discussed together what an appropriate price would be. He guided us through all the steps with regular phone calls, texts, and visits, always available to answer questions and schedule anything that needed to be done. Our home sold in two weeks for full price. Everything about working with Tyson has been flawless, comfortable, and dare I say: delightful. I can’t recommend him highly enough! You won’t be disappointed .

Kate Gebhart from Lund Team and their great team made the selling process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Kate went above and beyond to go to the house and check on it to make sure the repairs like painting, roof works, outside power washes and complete cleaning inside was down correctly and she was continuously monitoring every step of the repairs process completed on time to meet the committed schedule before going live with listing on MLS.
This just speaks to her commitment to making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much to Kate Gebhart and the great Lund Team for their care and support from beginning to end making sure the transaction process finalized.

Fifteen years ago I interviewed three Realtors to sell my Carlsbad home. Jeff from the Lund Team clearly had a plan and was the most prepared. He sold the house in the first weekend. Then he help us buy another home where we lived for twelve years. Jeff again sold the house the first weekend for way over asking price. I will always chose Jeff and the Lund Team.

I can't say enough good things about the Lund Team and my agent, Kate Gebhart, specifically. Kate spent two years working with me; while I was still planning my move to the SD area, during the sale of my home in Pleasanton, and of course, when purchasing my new home in Vista. She is very smart, pleasant, and listens to what is important and a priority for finding your perfect home. She pointed out things and considerations I might have missed, scheduled showings and inspections, and even went to open houses and videoed homes I was interested in before I moved to the area. She went above and beyond. She even kept in touch during my home purchase when she was having her baby and Tyson Lund had taken over for her temporarily!
I was also taken care of by Jennifer Lund when getting the mortgage for my home. The process was easy and went smoothly. Her assistant, Rebecca, handled everything and I had no problems with the paperwork. All in all, the Lund Team was a huge help, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly during the very stressful time of moving and finding a new home to purchase. I highly recommend all of them.

I had planned to rent my house but decided to put it on the market instead in late August of 2023. Jeff Pashby took on the assignment and shepherded me expertly through the smoothest and most rewarding real estate transaction I have ever experienced. After looking at my house and making a few suggestions, Jeff said that he thought he could sell the house and close by Halloween. Seemed optimistic to me but he delivered ahead of schedule. I received the price I wanted for the property, experienced zero problems with the buyers (a very nice couple) and was very pleased with the outcome. Apart from having to fill out the necessary forms required for any real estate transaction and signing in a million places, I spent little time or effort on the sale of the house. Jeff and his team did all of the work and negotiating, always keeping me informed and consulting as necessary but never burdening me with minutia or procedural issues. I strongly recommend Jeff and the Lund Team to anyone planning to sell a property in North San Diego County.

Jeff Pashby and his team were phenomenal! Jeff was attentive with all aspects of selling our home and truly made it an enjoyable experience. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable with the North County area, and in placing our home in the right market. His experience and responsiveness made this the best experience we have ever had in selling a home. He is truly an advocate for the home seller .
