My toilet tank cracked and started flooding the bathroom and hallway with water. David came out quickly and got the water turned off. We are in the middle of a heat wave and he moved all of my heavy items to dry areas of the apartment because I had surgery yesterday and can’t bend over or lift anything and he was so kind, understanding and helpful. He definitely went out of his way in helping me. He had the toilet tank replaced and the carpet cleaner set up to come and dry the carpet quickly. He really is a great employee and person.

1/17/25 The maintenance crew here is the best. They respond quickly and are always so nice. Thanks for fixing my sliding glass door so quickly on a cold morning.

Whenever I make a request for services in my apartment, Fidel is the one who does the job, it is a pleasure to deal with him every time I need service, I totally appreciate his professionalism, attitude, great skills and punctuality, I thank him for the prompt service he provides. Every time I see him he is working very hard, Madison Belmont did a great job when they hired him. Thank you Fidel.

The apartments are going through a new beginning, everything is getting wonderful. The swimming pools, garden, among other services, everything is beautiful. I was happy that even the dog litter boxes. The apartments have new colors on the walls, ceiling and floor, elevators, everything is perfect. I want to thank Luiz, Galina and Fidel, and everyone. Madison Belmont community has improved a great deal since my arrival in 2022/2023.

I chose this place due to its location, apartment floor plan and size and leasing price. I extended my leased due to the people.

Galina, our leasing agent, is super responsive and very hard working. What holds the community together is the facilities team specifically ones I know by name: Fidel, David, Jillian and their wonderful day-like porter. They priorities work, always smiling when you run into them and they make you feel like family and not a tenant.

Without this team, it is likely I would not have extended my time here.

David is the best maintenance guy! Whenever he sees us walking around with our dog in the morning he makes sure to ask if everything is okay or if we need anything to be done in the apartment. There were times that Ive put the request and most of them He would show up the same day to fix it! Very nice guy! Thank you for all the hard work !

For the four years I was living here, Galina was always so kind and helpful. If there were any issues, she and Luis were always happy to help. They definitely made the stay here pleasant.

Worst apartments to live at. People steal packages from lockers cause delivery leaves them out in the open they don’t have enough parcels to hold everyone’s packages here if you live on the farthest side (635 and 639 apartments) good luck trying to get your package by the time you get there to get it it’ll be gone by some low life so unless you’re someone who’s home 24/7 you’ll have your hard earned things stolen from you crazy part is it’s right next to the lease office where the lease manager is inside 🤦🏻‍♀️. Don’t even bother asking for cameras or more parcels to be built landlords will flat out ignore emails. It’s also a a sketchy neighborhood im pretty sure people do sus things behind the parking lot cause all you hear all night is loud bass cars and people yelling all crazy. The apartments feel more like a college dorm than a family building. Also theyll take more money out of the account and when you confront them once again ignored sketchy landlords , area and people. I’m glad to be out if you’re someone looking at reviews look at the low star ones those are realistic of what really goes on here.
