Maintenance sucks. All of the appliances are old and ineffective. Office staff is rude and makes up excuses for these run down units. Leasing office also makes up their own work schedule and never is on site until 5pm. It’s currently 3:15 and the office is closed. Would not recommend unless you are DESPERATE!

Your Mechanical Staff has experiences and they came repaired the door lock, Bathroom towel hang very well, and the hall AC/Event screen fixed, now these are function. I am happy from them.

I've been living here for 5 years . I'm very happy with my apartment . The bedrooms and closets are bigger than my old townhouse in Ashburn. I was very impressed how big inside it is. lGreat customer service , and fast services repairs.

I went to tour this complex and it is beyond run down. There are no washers or dryers in the apartments, very small space, shady people walking around, loud music from another apartment was playing when I was there. The rent is too high for the condition of the building.

I originally made my review 5 stars due to the help we received from Silvia for getting our application through, but since living here, things have been terrible. If I have issues and call the office, no one answers. I’ll leave voicemails or send an email and no one follows up. I have to relentlessly call their office until someone answers to get any communication from them. We’ve had our water cut off due to the maintenance crew testing valves with no warning. I’ve seen a roach already in our kitchen which we generally keep decently clean. I put in a ticket for my washing machine which is leaking and has been for some time (it’s an older unit). I got told nothing was wrong with it. I ran it the next day and the water leaked so bad it got all the way into my pantry and has very much so been soaking into the flooring over time. Walls are extremely thin. You can hear anything going on in your neighbor’s life, and they can hear anything going on with yours. The only thing going for this place right now is the price of rent. Rent is affordable, but utilities are starting to get higher and I like to think my roommate and I are generally conservative when using water and what not. This has been a disappointing experience and I hope to find someplace better when my lease is up.

It's only been a month since I moved into The Manor Apartments, and I want to acknowledge the high sense of service that the leasing office and the maintenance team offer to the residents. After having submitted several tickets and having resolved them in record time, they have shown a high sense of commitment, making our stay more pleasant.
Keep up the good work!

It is an update after more than 2 years of living in this complex; the maintenance team is spectacular, the response to problems is immediate, and the solutions provided are always accurate. Thanks for such an excellent job.

It has the worst Management . There contractor broke my bed room window and injured my disable son and after months they are still not compensating. The cooperate management is backing off like nothing happened. .
And with the appartment it self the worst experience, In 1st year we were just killing mouses. Almost 15-16mouses and the next year was full of roaches .
Would never recommend this place to anyone .
