They Currently Have A Reisdent that is constantly parking in people's parking spots, they have multiple cars taking up 4 parking spaces they even park in "the amador" parking spaces. They bring all types of weird and sketchy people all hours of the day this place is not safe to live. They bring people to check out residents cars and Patios late at night and management doesn't do shit about it they're still living here and still bringing stolen vehicles and equipment, drugs, and criminals in and out of that apartment literally 24/7. I see it Day in and Day out. DO NOT MOVE HERE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE about your well-being I promise you that.

Regrettably, I was unable to secure a lease at this property due to proximity to my workplace. However, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Guadalupe for providing an exceptional tour of the premises. It was the most comprehensive and engaging apartment tour I have ever experienced, and it genuinely made me feel as though this was the ideal place to call home. I was particularly disappointed that the one-bedroom unit I was seeking was not available.
I intend to reach out to Guadalupe again when my lease expires next year to inquire about any potential vacancies. I would like to thank her for patiently answering all of my inquiries and showcasing the property in such detail.

The residents put their trash bags right outside their front door. It makes it look very "Ghetto" when they do that. A lot of illegal dumping on the weekends by the dumpster which makes it more Ghetto to live there. The loud parties in the parking lot has calmed down with the Mariachi Music thank God. A lot of trash and debrie around the complex. So consider these things before you agree to pay $2500 for 2 small bedrooms.

New Standard Equities runs an apartment complex in Hayward, CA called the Mark Apartments. Way back in 2019 someone opened a lease with a similar name to mine. The lease only lasted a year but the person(s) stayed about 1.5 years longer. Apparently this is when some $35,000 of debt racked up. Fast forward to November of 2023 I find out that there is a huge debt to my name from an apartment complex 500 miles away. Huge surprise because 1 I've lived in the same county for 30 plus years and 2 I've never even visited Hayward in my life. I've been dealing with trying to resolve this for over 6 months now. Went through all the usual methods that the FTC and Credit Bureau have spelled out for victims of fraud. But up to this point there's only person from the company who is reachable, sometimes, and that is Mursal Moshref. 1 Local Sherrif and 1 Hayward PD Sargent have done what they can to help me resolve this but no avail. I've looked for contacts on their website, looked up emails tried calling and there doesn't seem to be any real people, other then Mursal who ignores mine and the Sargents calls. This is something that should be easily resolved but there aren't resources to communicate with anyone properly to fix this issue. I've done more research on this company then I care to remember but when you look into it you notice a lot of smoke and mirrors at play here. In wouldn't be surprised if I weren't the only one dealing with this. Fish business indeed, I'm currently looking into reporting them to the California Department of Real Estate for their fraudulent business practices.

Dogs are barking non-stop, roaches, rats everywhere, and the trash is just horrendous. You can't get any sleep because people like to blast their music, and I mean as early as 9 am. Did I mention the roaches? It's disgusting. They shouldn't even charge people high rent for the amount of roaches that are occupying peoples kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and behind refrigerators.

the Mark's apartment is the worst place to live, you can't sleep on weekends, there is a lot of noise around and the manager always increases the rent payment.
actually the maintenance department is terrible there are roaches everywhere. I made a lot of requests then to send the terminator, but never solved the problems, there were also a lot of rats.

I was shown an apartment, paid the application fee and later on was told that the apartment I was interested in wasn't available then they tried to get me to leave a holding deposit on another apartment that was dated and not going to be renovated. Felt like they were not transparent so I decided not to do any business there. Money lost on application fee but as I read other reviews it looks like I made the right choice in avoiding this place.
