I have lived at the Maverick for 3 years now and love it! The staff are so inviting and truly care about the residents. I have a 3 year old golden who has been embraced by everyone on the maverick team. The resident events are great and help foster a sense of community within the building. [This is a review of the tour only, not as a resident.]

Sharon and the team at The Maverick were absolutely exceptional in their tour to myself as a prospective resident. Sharon arrived before our scheduled time with a folder of all the units available within the timeframe, info about monthly costs in addition to rent, layout breakdowns, and also offered me a beverage.

I've been on the apartment search for a while and have toured about 10 complexes and 20 different units and Sharon at The Maverick stood out! She was super helpful in showing me units that met my budget and move in requirements as well as answering any and all questions about the amenities, cost of utilities, and even food recommendations in the area. (Shoutout Cafe Nouveau and their almond croissants!) She also helped me think thru MFTE options available to me.

Sharon and the team at The Maverick made me feel safe and secure in what I would experience as a prospective resident. I'd highly recommend touring with The Maverick to get a sense of what the community is like and all that the team has to offer (which is a lot!)

I toured this complex in my quest to find a home in the area. The staff is very knowledgeable and the building is very well kept. The amenities are nice, and the the pricing, space, and aesthetic is very competitive with what I've seen in the area. I am considering this property!

Absolutely love the tour of the property, and Sharon! She’s great, kind, funny and welcoming. It was nice to be informed and not sold. Her patience with me and my niece was amazing. I strongly encourage others to tour the space with her! It’s love at first sight with everyone and everything.

This is a beautiful place. Great amenities. You do have to pay all of your utilities. All. The Maverick does not provide any utilities whatsoever.
Your monthly payment after everything will be about $120 through $150 over the coded rent

These people act racist and are trying to take advantage of the fact I'm a foreigner and don't speak English very well. Im a Vietnamese woman and I live at the Maverick. They have the worst management I've ever seen in my life. I sold something online. The person that picked up the item hired a company and they damaged part of the delivery door and they are trying to automatically charge me. I didn't hire them, contract with them, authorize them or had anything to do with it. They put the charges on my statement hoping I would just pay it. They tried to take advantage of me because I'm a foreigner and a woman. They are dishonest, sneaky and very LAZY. On top of all that, they are great at taking days off, 3 hour lunches and avoiding responsibilities . Horrible staff.

I appreciated the friendliness from the entire staff, I was grateful to be helped by Sharon García, she is a Spanish speaking leasing person and was very helpful. The apartment we moved to is very nice and we hope to live here for a long time.
