Working with the Dumas group was a five star experience from start to finish. Michelle and Maxine are a dynamic duo that bring incredible experience, knowledge and patience to the Bay Area home buying experience. They are extremely hard working and being an independent realtor team, they are especially scrappy, thorough and honest. Once the Dumas' helped us find the right home after viewing many listings, their hard work had just begun. Michelle helped us negotiate price, and was extremely thorough in lining up multiple inspections prior to close. As this was a first time for us, she guided us through the process with EXTREME patience and professionalism. After the sale, she has been just as helpful answering questions and helping us line up vendors to complete some work.

I would 100% go with Maxine and Michelle Dumas in the future for any and all real estate needs.

I hope you never need to pass by this place. We had a horrible experience with Maxine, she kept us waiting for 2-3 weeks and wasted our time with out giving us a definite answer if they wanted to rent their place to us or not, they made us to go wait and then they decided that they wanted to rent a place which was still under massive construction and needed at least 2 weeks to be done. So happy we did not rent their place, it would be a total pain!

I want to share with you our worst experience working with this real estate agency. Never try to rent any place from this place. They waste your time. They don’t have any idea about equal opportunities in housing. We felt very disrespected. Luckily we got a better option and did not rent any place from this agency.
