Overall, a very poor experience with this company.

Leased a space from them in Tigard Oregon. Gutters have been down for two months and they have yet to be replaced. You can imagine the headache that it has caused us and the other tenants. No sign of them being replaced anytime soon.

Also, there are many leaks throughout our building. We have had to call twice now to have two spots repaired. One leak caused the window to warp so badly and they have yet to do anything about it or provided any further guidance on doing so.

The roll up door works sometimes, and other times it does not. You'll need to hold the open button down for 20 seconds for it to work on suite 300. It can get quite old! Building is also poorly insulated. Hard to keep heat circulating when there is little to no insulation.

The building is located off of sw 74th ave in Tigard Oregon. Renter beware!

UPDATE: Replying to owners comments on his response. It's unfortunate he feels the need to lie about the gutters being repaired. Here we are 3 months post "storm" and they are still down. If you want a lying landlord, this is the one for you! They also use one of the worst commercial realtors in the state of Oregon to lease their properties. Norris and Stevens. Feel free to look them up on Google or Yelp and read the hundreds of unsatisfied customers. Especially Scott Finney. When they were showing our unit, they would randomly show up and barge in. No phone calls, no emails. Nothing. The absolute worst combo with landlord/ realtor.
