I've been in the real estate industry for years and this has to be one of the worst companies I've dealt with. Their customer service is terrible and their MLS platform is severely outdated. I'd consider finding a different brokerage if they use CLAW/TheMLS, it's that bad. Additionally, I transferred to a different board/MLS months ago and TheMLS has yet to cancel my Supra account with them so I continue getting charged despite sending them multiple emails to cancel it. They also refused to provide any sort of prorated refund despite only being with them for less than a month, yet forcing people to pay for most of the year in advance. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if possible, this industry is stressful enough as it is.

I find it very difficult to communicate with this company when their website and products are constantly down or are not functioning. It is very unsatisfying when you are not able to do your job and take care of your clients, and the MLS has no remorse or answers for when their product will be up and running.

The website has been down for 3 days and I can't get an answer for when I will be able to get back into the system. The people at the "HELP" Desk just give you snarky remarks and comments when asking what can be done to rectify this problem, or if there is a time frame for when to expect a resolution in order to do my Job. They scoff at the thought of you asking for a refund for the time you were not able to access the system, for an issue that they're responsible for.

I don't understand how they treat paying customers like this. I guess when you require agents to pay 6 months up front, then you can treat them however you'd like; even when you can't provide the most important aspect of your company that they pay for.

Very frustrated time and time again with this Company and employees at the "HELP"Desk.

Very difficult to use, and their report platform did nothing but frustrate my potential new buyers, who were used to the ease of Redfin and Zillow app. I tried to give them input for their big "upgrade" but upper management seems out of touch with the digital age. Worse than a waste of time and money, since it may have lost me buyers.

the person of higharcy ran into my car. So outta the cars he was driving an expensive sport car...he made a phone call, within minutes anything I wanted! so I took a raincheck, that was what I remembered... I had my doubts,....I looked at what was handed to me.....with nice gift of cards for expensive shopping just red carpet,......ask! so, the next week I went shopping after dropping off my car to be fixed at a shop RDBs got a beautiful red mazarade, and painted a town red! nice beyond necessary!!! Still left to my countless shopping time was a rolex watch from an exclusive jeweler delivered, my choice of three. I was at the tony romas restaurant when this beautiful man and a woman and another man accompanied my table! What a two day exausting ordeal waiting for my car to be fixed.
I went to pick my car up.... a brand new pearl white convertible t-bird was waiting with a thank you gift of a one week vacation at some campsite in the himalayan desert! Florida spring break, escort and shoffure to three days and nights at the Hilton. finally to a charter plain to santa monica, I was tired and broke and back to work on that next monday!......nobody even asked how my week off from work was! the hospital stay was a hard blow to my head for three days in a deep sleep! the new car is as beautiful as I dreamt it was! I have more surprizes and gifts and cards to spend time with.....for now.....I never seen or met the man up close that hit my car......I forgive him, nobody knows who he was. It is all true. Thank you, because my life is another place in time......better, and what a mystery to an unexpected compensation!
