I’ve lived at Moretti Apartments in Homewood, AL, for just over a year and have had an excellent experience. The staff is consistently respectful and easy to communicate with, which has made my time here very enjoyable. I’ve resided in both a 2x2 and a 1x1 unit, and I’ve loved both of my units. The gated complex provides a strong sense of security, and the peaceful environment is a real plus. The pool area is beautiful and the gym is nice and redone. I’m truly going to miss Moretti when I move back to my home state in a few months. There is a great mix of people and ages here. Highly recommend!

This place has been a construction zone for the past 5+ months. They could have told residents that they were going to rip apart the entire place instead of signing a lease here. Now they are trying to offer free rent to those off the street not knowing any better while not lowering rent for residents who have had to deal with this mess. Did I mention that they are also housing the construction workers on site? In addition, there has been 4 separate instances of the water going out with no warning for several hours or overnight. When the water goes out, you can’t flush toilets, wash your hands, shower, do dishes etc. I’ve lived at several apartments in the past and never had issues with water until I moved into the Moretti. This is ridiculous.

Moretti at Vulcan is a nice apartment community. There is a pool and fitness center. The apartments have nice finishes and good sized closets and balcony. Garages are available. Pet friendly.

I have lived here for almost a year and a half! It has great amenities and the staff is quick to answer and offer an help when needed! I also feel very safe here which was a big deal to me!

Best apartments in Birmingham!!! 5 minutes to downtown, mountain brook, and can walk to downtown Homewood! Just resigned our lease! Staying forever!

Just a quick note, this is a Hidden Gem !
My daughter and I toured here recently, and I was very impressed with how nice this place is… if you were looking for an apartment close to 280 and close to downtown Birmingham you should really check this place out.. The Moretti at Vulcan Park is very nice …

The staff at The Moretti at Vulcan Park are top notch! Wynter and Kari answered all our questions, showed multiple units and were always professional and kind. The Moretti is well maintained, secure and boasts great amenities. It is the perfect place for a young professional to live because it is close to SoHo and just a quick drive to downtown or any of the many shops and restaurants on 280.
