Gorgeous modern new building on the edge of the city in the very quiet Manchester district. The friendly staff are personable, attentive and inviting making it feel like home every time you enter the building. With several amenities to include a sky lounge, co-working space, a fitness center and a pool there's plenty of space to enjoy interacting with your neighbors while taking in the views of the city.

Great place from start to finish. I did my tour from states over via zoom and moved in without seeing the place, and it couldn’t have gone better. Tiffany and Felicity were very helpful in getting me into the apartment at a date that worked best for me, and the place is great. Clean and secure building with everything that is promised. This is my first post-grad apartment and city and The Navigator made this part of the process so easy.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautiful building, solid architecture, modern decor, amazing management staff (shout out to Felicite and Tiffanie!). They go over and beyond to solve all your housing problems and make you feel at home. They are always thinking of creative activities to make this building feel like a community and not just a place to stay. This includes community game nights, breakfast mornings etc. Maintenance is 100% on point as well- shout out to Eric who is always on time! This place has amazing amenities. The rates are super competitive! The decor of shared space and amenities such as a well equipped gym and two large size outdoor areas including a pool. You’ll love it here!

I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment building and meeting with the community manager, Falicite. She was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show me a few different units, providing a thorough and insightful look into what the building has to offer. The apartment building itself was well-maintained, with a clean and modern feel that made a great impression. Overall, it was a pleasant and informative experience, and I appreciated the warm hospitality from Falicite.

The apartment complex is a modern, high-end community with thoughtful touches like Yale keyless entry smart locks. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines, and the multiple grills were a fantastic feature that I took full advantage of on meal prep days. As a single woman, I truly appreciated the building’s security—controlled access and direct garage-to-elevator entry made me feel safe, especially when leaving for work before sunrise.

The staff has been incredible from move-in to move-out. The manager, Falicite,
went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in experience and even expedited the installation of the EV charger. Tiffany was always available to answer questions and incredibly helpful. Eric adjusted my hot water temperature and was always friendly whenever I saw him. The team also made the move-out process seamless, which made a stressful time much easier.

Thank you for the excellent customer service and for making my time at The Navigator such a great experience! I highly recommend this community to friends.

I had nothing but a great and positive experience with this complex. The ladies here communicated efficiently and with professionalism and answered all my questions. I recommend this complex if you enjoy being stress free and like not having a headache. 12/10.
