The maintenance staff is quick and respectful; each time we have encountered an issue the response is swift and effective. Our view of the bay from both the apartment and the rooftop is excellent. Overall, my roommates and I are happy to be Panoramic residents.

I stayed in Panoramic for the summer and I definitely recommend this place! The rooms themselves are nice and there's a lot of storage around the suite which is always a plus. The workers here are nice and respond quickly to any maintenance issues regarding the place. I wish there was a oven in the kitchen but it's probably a fire hazard, since they also have electric stove tops. Overall, this is a nice place to stay at.

The building is a blight on the neighborhood. Local residents dislike it. Part of the reason is it blocks the view of the Berkeley Hills, but also because of the noisy rooftop parties. Because it is taller than most buildings to the west, the sound from rooftop parties travels far. This makes the tenants of the building very unpopular with hard-working neighbors trying to get an early night. As for under-age drinking among well-heeled Asian students renting apartments there, we can only speculate, but there is a reasonable suspicion.

I’ve lived here both my years as a Berkeley transfer student and it has been fantastic. The management is friendly and the common spaces are cleaned frequently. The rooms are private which is always a plus, and it’s just a few blocks from campus - with amazing access to all that Telegraph has to offer.

p.s - the roof has an amazing view of the bay

The Panoramic Berkeley is such a fantastic place! As a Berkeley student living on Telegraph Ave and four blocks from campus, it is super convenient. There are also super good restaurants, dessert places, and supermini markets at good reach from Panoramic. The building is also well suited for a college student like me, as the apartments are super spacious, and laundry and drying machines are on every floor! Let me also mention that the rooftop views of Panoramic are amazing; you can see the Golden Gate Bridge and the rest of Berkeley's beautiful city.
ON TOP OF THAT, the Panoramic Management team and staff are kind and friendly. They can also be at reach for any inconvenience and are super responsive to maintenance requests! I loved living in Panoramic and would recommend it to any college student.

The Panoramic has been a great place to live as a Cal student: clean, safe, well maintained, with great friendly and fast management. It has an amazing rooftop view of the Bay and safe storage for your bikes, scooters, and delivered packages. It's also in a great location, extremely close to campus and on Telegraph so there's lots of options for places for food and recreation.
