My husband and I moved here in March 2022 and we have been loving it since. This year here was particularly good because of all the events (Painting night, Christmas party, movie night, and what not) organized by the management.
A big shoutout to Jonathan for making it fun, and I really appreciate Tony’s and Jose’s efforts as well. They all are really cooperative when it comes to any problem.

Everyone at this community is nice. The complex is well maintained. Jonathan, Joe, and Jose are fantastic. They will help you in any way and answer all questions and they respond promptly to requests. The office also sets up community building and fun events.

The day I moved in, Jonathan walked through my apartment with me, and realized that they forgot to clean the floor. Jonathan apologized for that and found some one to clean the floor in about one hour.

The community is well-maintained and has been renovated. No missing package, no noise at night. It is a hidden pearl in Campbell and a great place to live!

Hello, Generally i post a review after 6 months. I will update if necessary, but The staff at the Parc really deserve a review.
I have been living at the Parc Pruneyard for about two months, and these months have been more than what I expected. the staff: Jonathan, Octavio and Victoria had been wonderful. Victoria has a great heart, she genuinely cares about the residents. My first day was a little emotional and she gave me great tips and some words that touched my heart. I really appreciate the staff’s help and professionalism. I am very happy to live in this beautiful place.

If you love broken amenities, being nickle and dimed, and horrible fire alarms, this is your spot. We pay a fortune to live here, but there's "WATER OUT" notifications every damn week. The gate has never worked in my building, I gave up on it. Rent increases like crazy. Just skip it.

I am so incredibly happy and grateful to live here at The Parc at Pruneyard! First, one bedroom apartment is so spacious! The open concept living room and kitchen gives you so much space and options on how you would prefer to furnish. The bedroom and bathroom are also extremely spacious, a king size bed would fit no problem and you would still have so much extra space. The renovations are gorgeous and I am in love with the kitchen... a 5 top gas range...water and ice maker in the fridge...counterspace galore, it is a dream come true, especially for an apartment.

Not only is the apartment home amazing, the staff and customer service goes above and beyond any expectations! From the initial tour, to the application process, move in and now as a resident, the customer service has not changed one bit and excels. Everyone on the team is so friendly, helpful and they respond to you and work order requests in an extremely timely manner. Simone and Orlando were so helpful during the application process and made everything so easy and stress free, even during and after move in. Tyler the Service Tech completes work orders within 24 hours of your requests and is so helpful and precise. Airam is out on the property everyday, making the grounds look beautiful and clean and is very kind and helpful as well.

I plan to live here for a very long time, and highly recommend it!
