This is the best apartment complex ever! They are always on it, so kind, and work effortlessly to keep the complex looking beautiful and clean! All apartments are carpet free which is a huge plus to me and they are so spacious which HUGE screened porches!! Love The park!

Let me start off by the good. It is a beautiful apartment complex and I suppose the amenities are nice until you turn up the music for the amenity you are in, just barely enough so you can hear it. And management comes in claiming they were going to turn it down but turn it completely off. As for the apartment it's okay. I know they charge people cleaning fees when they move out but this apartment was not clean before we moved in. You could walk on the floor barefoot and the bottom of your feet would turn black. The counters literally had crumbs on them. Now onto the bathroom, its fairly decent besides the fact our shower floor constantly squeaks and the tub is separating from the wall and the caulk. Next I have the laundry machines we pay to use that they will not replace. First problem which is still a problem is that the dryer continues to have water collect in it and no one knows why. This is literally a fire hazard if you can't fix the problem replace it. Next issue is the washing machine. One day it just stopped draining water and sat there for three days with a foul smell because its dirty water, all for maintenance to come to clean out around the drum and say next time it happens you're getting charged. A hand full of cotton and hair from around the drum would not cause it to stop draining. Lastly onto the biggest problem, We have had A/C problems since we got here. Granted I understand it is a third floor apartment and the roof is dark. Our A/C is literally running 24/7 driving the electricity bill up the roof. Maintenance came to check it out but did not even check the unit, just looked at the thermostat and the outside unit, as they were leaving my apartment they said, "I don't understand their problem it is cold enough to me." Whether it is cold enough or not to them that is highly inappropriate to say especially in range of the people that live there.

I really cannot say enough good things about these apartments. They are so spacious, have an incredible amount of storage, and are very nice. Management is very responsive and respectful, and I have never had any issues with them or the apartments in any way. Phenomenal place to live!
