She even hand-watered our flowers during a heatwave to make sure our plants looked their best. Everything turned out beautifully and she made our house look gorgeous, inviting and highly desirable. Patty also developed a really smart strategy for our open house that generated an overwhelming amount of interest and foot traffic - far more than any other home for sale in our area. Within a few days of listing, she sold our home for a price that made us really happy and she and her team helped keep everything with the transaction extremely organized and clear. Patty also helped my sister-in-law buy her home and later sell it as well, and did a phenomenal job with both of those transaction. It's no wonder why Patty is such a sought-after realtor. Last year my fiancé and I bought our first home in Pacifica, California through Patty Dwyer, Aris Markoulis and the Patty Dwyer Group. Buying a house in the Bay Area was the biggest and most expensive decision we could have made. Patty, and her superhero sidekick Aris, made it as pain free as possible. Patty is very direct but low pressure which we love.

We have both worked in sales our entire lives and after meeting numerous realtors we were underwhelmed by lack of professionalism, aloofness, questions being answered incorrectly, using sales tactics that tried to make us feel crazy for wanting to pay less, having realtors tell us we couldn't offer lower bids on the homes, etc. Then finally we stumbled upon Patty. She was so real. She had most of the answers off hand. If she didn’t have an answer to one of our hundreds of questions she would say she didn't know, ask specialists and get back to us. A huge pet peeve of mine is receiving incorrect answers from people who aren’t able or willing to admit when they don't know something. This was never the case.

We were not only able to get the price down on the house (in an area where prices are always over asking), but the turnaround on the purchase was extremely fast! She connected us with a lender, insurance provider and everyone working on our purchase worked around the clock to keep us on time and in order. Although this was a super high pressure time she kept it low pressure.

This was not just a transaction we feel like we are now family and check in with each other periodically. We are so happy she is in our life and absolutely recommend Patty Dwyer, Aris Markoulis and the Patty Dwyer Group.
