I love living here at The Place of Forest Ridge. The front office staff is amazing and quick to respond. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The surrounding of the community is also beautiful in all 4 season. Recommended 5/5.

The Place at Forest Ridge is a welcoming and friendly community! Over the 2 years I have lived here, management staff and maintenance have provided great service and support to me. I have never had any issues living here and have always been helped and cared for. The property is well-maintained and all tenants and staff exhibit exceptional hospitality. A truly beautiful place to live in Flagstaff, Arizona.

This place sucks there "gym" is 2 treadmills and a few weighs they charge you just as much as other apartments for worse conditions no furniture and poor cell phone service here the terms and conditions are " rent is subject to change at any time without notice" and nothing here works my kitchen sink has broken down twice as well as my stove and bathroom sink. Half of the outlets don't work. Simply don't move here

EDIT AFTER RESPONSE
The leasing company is very typical for college towns, and acts completely irresponsible for residents. Water is constantly off for emergency, service requests take weeks if addressed, all residents were charged for a laundry lock that has not been installed after months and months, and the residents paid for it! The common spaces like the laundry room are left dirty and gross. This place is uniquely not worth it. Savannah is unhelpful and repeats vague information that does nothing to address the present issue.
When our oven stopped working, it was ‘repaired’ to shoot fireballs that blew open the oven door.
Some of these nicer picture reviews are not even of Forest Ridge.
It’s clear they’ve bought a few reviews.

This is the best place my partner and I have lived in FLG.

I really like the location of The Place. The community is mostly quiet. It’s really nice to see people walking around with their dogs, there’s some good trails around, and being in the pines is so nice.

I LOVE the high ceiling in our 2nd story apartment. AND we are lucky to have a nice view of the pines off our back balcony, plus a 5x5 storage space (my partner and I do field work so it’s great to put our tools and supplies in there!). While some appliances in the apartment are outdated, they honestly work better than anything else I’ve had (I really like the gas oven), and the apartment is clean.

Mariah was and is more than accommodating and extremely helpful with our move. It was easy and swift! Plus she’s just so nice and easy to talk to.

Kaelyn is also very accommodating and helped us with some upkeep/ maintenance requests that we needed taken care of upon move-in. And Gabe (maintenance) helped us right away and is a rockstar!

We’ve had nothing but great communication with The Place at Forest Ridge staff

We plan on staying here for a while!

Our move was painless from a property that was sadly managed. We were informed thoroughly on everything we needed to know including Emotional Support Animal policies to the hopes of a community garden to be installed soon! I've only been here about 2 months, and the area has been nothing but lovely.

Also, congratulations to the office staff, Ciara and Kaelyn at The Place at Forest Ridge on their being finalists for the Arizona Multihousing Association tribute for the second year in the row! You guys deserve it.

Do Not Rent Here! The is the worst place I ever lived. The apartment is old. You will hear weird noise when you walking on the wood. They will charge you for everything. They send you notice at your door when you are out of town and charge you for not removing a hanger on your back yard. Just a hanger! When you call back and explain that you are out for two months, they ignore your explanation and claim they do not have time to call you for the notice so you are deemed to be charged.

The Place at Forest Ridge apartments has been an interesting experience for my first apartment. The staff from day one has been incredibly helpful, kind and caring. It saddens me to know that moving somewhere else I may not be lucky enough to find people like the ones who work here. I’d say the only concern I’ve ever really had are some of the appliances being outdated and the small spider problem that existed when I first moved in (June of 2023). But the spiders were an easy fix. Other than that, these apartments truly feel more like a community or neighborhood than an apartment complex. Which has been so amazing!
