We have been living here for 2 months and this is the best complex! Good location, the nicest management we have ever met, big and clean swimming pool, beautiful green area and the best apartments. as well as good walls and soundproofing, 10/10

The leasing agents in the clubhouse always go above and beyond to be helpful no matter what the concern might be. Roberto on the maintenance crew is the epitome of having a can-do attitude and always ready willing and able to do what it takes to get the job done. Overall if I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve never look forward to having challenges with my place of residence just so I can interact with the maintenance team. Keep up the good work.

I give a rating of 1, they unfairly charged us a debt for service. Be careful, they can give you a fine even for something other than your garbage. (they took a photo of a door that wasn't ours and gave us a fine). Check your accounts, they make mistakes.

I looked at ten apartment complexes in Roseville/Rocklin and I am glad I chose the Preserve at Creekside.
Ideally situated in a secluded area next to a nature preserve but still within a few miles of the shopping, restaurants and the freeway. Management staff (Amber, Max and Samantha) are very friendly and helpful. My one bedroom apartment is spacious with good quality appliances. Rent is reasonable for such an expensive area. Valet trash service and covered parking is a plus. My only compliant is the limited guest parking which is a common problem for most apartment complexes.

My wife and I are excited to move to The Preserve at Creekside. Our tour very thorough, and the staff was very friendly to us. They got back to us quickly, answering all of our questions that we had. We like the location and all of the greenery on the property.

Everything’s nice with the apartment but one of the room has very minimal lighting and no lights were set up in it. This is the only downside so far.
