I have been on the board of directors of Eagle Harbour condominiums in Bainbridge Island for several years. TPG has consistently provided excellent property management services to our HOA for many years. Their assistance with a tremendously complex $12 million renovation project was one of the keys to the success of the project. Their knowledge of everything related to property management is extensive and invaluable to our HOA.

Be careful! They’ll keep charging you forever even after you move out! AND they don’t refund!
We moved out and closed the HOA billing account 5 months ago and they still charge us every month. Every time we call them to stop billing us, they tell us that our account is closed. They also don’t send us a check or work on the refund. Only thing they do is to credit to our closed account. And the same thing happened again next month.

They take money every month from previous customer and give “credit” to the closed account… You have such a great business model.

Place sucks.very very poor communication from Anita when it's a dispute asked about.tell you to always contact your HOA reps,reps say contact the property group.Around in circles,they stopped sending mail notifications as well.overall horrible property management group.

Worst customer service I've ever had from ANY company. Lack of communication. Lots of excuses as to why they don't communicate. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Had to give them one star to be able to post my review, but they don't deserve that one star.
