Our experience with The Rants Group has been nothing short of exceptional! We moved from out of state and were truly impressed with how professional and seamless Jeri made the process. We rented our home sight unseen as we had not yet relocated to Washington. Jeri provided superior customer service and was very responsive to all of our inquiries. Needless to say, our new home exceeded our expectations! Our home is absolutely beautiful and we love it! We couldn’t be happier renting from The Rants Group and we love having Jeri as our property manager. She continues to provide amazing customer service and I feel confident that our family is in good hands. We highly recommend Jeri and The Rants Group for any rental needs! They go above and beyond which is why we will be long term tenants with them!

Terrible 3rd party rental company to work with. They were always late for our work requests and most of the time couldn’t figure out what was wrong and we had to ask multiple times for them to hire someone with expertise in that field. They also messed up my security deposit refund after moving out and emailed me a revised deposition letter 3 months after I moved out. Be careful if you rent through them and know your rights as a tenant.

Very unprofessional! My husband and I applied for a house and have heard nothing back on it. We called and were told the person in charge was out during Christmas and would follow up a few days after, but still nothing. To charge $50 for each application and not even get a phone call or email just goes to show they pocket your money and don't even communicate with you. $100
down the drain for nothing, fortunately we ended up going with a better rental. Thanks for nothing.

Christine from Rants group has been excellent to work with from day 1. We came on a weekend and wanted to see the house. She gave us the code to see it whenever which we did the next day. She gave us her direct number to text if we had any questions and she was very pleasant to communicate with. Even though we did all of this without face to face interaction, I made sure to talk to her on the phone at least once. The contract signing, to getting the keys and moving in was seamless. We were able to put in maintenance request easily on their app and they responded within 24 hours. Ryan, from maintenance came over and addressed all the issues. The landlord was willing to fix some issues that needed replacement. Otherwise presented with alternative solution. We are happy thus far. Christine makes sure to follow up to ensure everything is going well. I will highly recommend Rants Group for renters.

Our organization has been leasing from Rants for over 13 years in downtown. We have always found them responsive to our requests for maintenance. When the time has come for renewing our lease we have found them more than fair in negotiations for our not for profit organization. We've worked with Danielle Rants for several years and appreciated her calm and personable interactions. We pay our rent in person every month because we enjoy interacting with Romy at the front counter. She is fantastic with customer service and we are glad she is back. It makes a tremendous difference - the personal connection - for us. I've personally rented from Hometown Property and the service from Rants is far more personable and straightforward. Dealing with an owner that will not give our deposits back. Jeri from Rants Group has been extremely unhelpful with assisting in this matter since she states she personally works for the owners of the house we rented. She seem to be implying that it was a conflict of interest. We have over $2000 owed to us, with Jeri outright telling me it was not her problem.

We had them do the legwork on a rental more than once. They did a great job on the application process which included credit report and checking references. Sometimes we have offered to show when they are busy or they forgot to ask us for a key. We would use them again.
