Working wtih Josh Reeve for the sale of our house was very positive experience. Josh is well versed in the local market and brings a wealth of knowledge to the whole sale process. His team always available and helpful in the process. Our sale took longer than either of us expected, but Josh was there every step of the way with helpful hints and encouragement that made our sale a comfortable experience. When we ;encountered the need for several repairs and insect treatment, Josh provided us with good, solid companies and individuals who helped get the job done without breaking the bank. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for property sale action. Josh made our sale experience a positive and rewarding process leading to a solid outcome.

Josh is, by far, the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He has assisted in the purchase and (5 years later) the sale of my home. As well as currently assisting my wife and I in purchasing our next home. Always up front and informative. Never pushy or trying to upsell. Kind and considerate. He is very responsive and will honor whatever decision that you make after a showing. We’ve had days where we looked at 5 houses and none of them were it and he never complained or pushed back. He’s the best!

Josh was excellent to work with, making what can typically be a very overwhelming process seamless and stress free. Our home was posted a week after connecting with him team and and offer accepted the following weekend after the very first open house. When my good friend heard that my family needed to sell my Stepfathers house she recommended Josh and his team. When her father passed away she had Josh sell his house. Being satisfied with the selling of her fathers house she used Josh again to sell her own house. Well that was enough for me, I was sold, so I reached out to Josh that day and the rest is history.
