If I could give this place negative stars, I would! I am beyond frustrated with the ongoing pest control issues and the worsening living conditions in this community. Despite the pest control treatment Iāve requested weekly, boric acid and home defense used, I am still dealing with a persistent pest problem. This issue poses serious health concerns for both me and my daughter, and itās incredibly distressing to see no effective resolution in sight. I no longer feel comfortable in my own homeāto the point where I avoid having guests over because of how embarrassing and uncomfortable the situation has become.
Another major issue is the constant disregard for community rules regarding trash disposal. I have repeatedly raised concerns about neighbors leaving their trash outside beyond designated hours, including weekends, but nothing has been done. This neglect has led to unsanitary conditions, likely worsening the pest problem. When I moved in back in September, I was promised that the walkways would be power washed, yet this has never happened. Now, the hallways are covered in disgusting stains and residue from leaking trash bags, making it unbearable to walk through. Someone mentioned in another review the apartments look like the ghetto, and Iād have to agree.
To make matters worse, some residents are allowing their dogs to defecate right outside my balcony without cleaning up after them. Literally, dog poop EVERYWHERE. Itās absolutely unacceptableāthere are currently two piles of dog poop in front of my apartment, and I donāt even own a pet. The lack of accountability and enforcement from management is beyond frustrating.
At this point, I am left with no choice but to escalate these issues further. Itās completely unacceptable to be paying $2,800 a month for these living conditions with no sign of improvement. I would not dare renew a lease here. The only pro about this complex is their maintenance team. They are fast and urgent when addressing issues.
I urge future tenants to think twice before moving here, as management seems incapable of addressing these ongoing problems.
Also, management: please do not message me asking to contact you as Iāve been doing that and you havenāt done anything to resolve these issues. This place is disgusting. Fix it.

Iām just seeing management has responded to my review. Youāve been notified so many times about the trash issue that Iāve stopped calling because again, nothing gets resolved. You can come by these apartments at anytime of the day and you will always find trash & trashcans outside our apartments as this is the only location in which the residents stores them. Itās unreasonable to constantly ask me to send pictures each and every time this happens as itās happening EVERY day! The weekends? Even worst though we are asked to not to put out trash on Friday and Saturday nights. And you all do know this because Iāve constantly told you.
As for the over the counter treatment, Iāve actually stopped using it for a couple of months and the pest control issue still remains. The issue is the pest.
The walkways were not power washed when it was warm outside back in the fall when I moved in. Itās warming up now and still nothing. Even if they arenāt power washed, it would be nice to see the walkways cleaned as a part of routine maintenance. This is what we pay for.
I really want to love these apartments as I have no choice but to live here, but things have to get better. Iāve never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable coming to my home every single day.

Beautiful community in a great location. My leasing agent was great and I just signed my contract. Definitely tour this community if you're looking for a luxury apartment.

Heads up:
Positive reviews are usually by newcomers comers in the honeymoon phase.
Many negative reviews get deleted because they mention crimes committed here, and that violates Google policy.
In other words, the 4 out of 5 stars average is so skewed upward.

We've had an urgent problem for months that hasn't been rectified by the leasing office.
We even offered a solution that simplifies the matter and will cost us because that's how urgent the matter is.
We already tried emailing the leasing office and showing up there only to be left unsatisfied.
My brother left a review reflecting all the negative things in this community and the leasing office left a reply asking him to call them.
He did and was told something that turned out to be a lie.
Also, they claimed a similar attempt at rectifying the issue happened before and was rejected.
This is also a lie.
They called my brother and offered a superficial solution at the time, which didn't last long, almost as soon as we arrived home from the office.
Hence, they didn't have enough time to do what they claimed they did. Perhaps more importantly, they did what they said they'd do at the time, which is tell a personnel in the office to handle it.
1- We emailed corporate and it was forwarded to the leasing office. Guess where that went? Yep, nowhere.
2- The only good thing here is the maintenance team.
3- I can't list all the negatives here because of the reasons mentioned above.
Many crimes get committed here, and one word sums up this community "ghetto."
That's precisely what this place is.
Seriously, google what happens in the ghetto, and most of what happens in a typical one with its living conditions is similar to here.
To be fair, it's a nice-looking ghetto.
Read other negative reviews before they're deleted and consider them.

The property management replies to reviews because it's the professional thing to do. They only care about reviews, probably for appearance's sake. It's understandable, but don't be fooled.
As I've mentioned above, they lied to my brother when he called them.

We've had issues with extremely noisy upstairs neighbors for months that management ignored. It recently evolved and got the cops involved.
We contacted management twice only to be left unsatisfied.
Months ago, we offered a solution that simplifies the matter even though it would've cost us.

Fast forward a few months, and my son left a review reflecting all the negative things in this community, and the leasing office left a reply asking him to call them.
He did and was lied to about a solution. They also claimed they tried that months ago but it didn't work out, also a lie.
They did what they said they'd do at the time, which was tell an incompetent manager to resolve it. He deflected and minimized the situation instead.

After my neighbor was charged with a misdemeanor, we expected management to respond swiftly.
They did this by terminating our contract.
The regional manager called my son and asked him to tell my other son to remove his review before the cops were involved... So now I'm posting a review instead.
I wonder, is it related to terminating our contract? What do you think?

After years of living here, we were moving out anyway due to those neighbors. We ignored many problems, but jeopardizing our sense of peace and safety is a huge red line.
Hold on... Now we get to move away from those neighbors and this horrible community without paying 60 days of rent to break the lease.
Management expedited the process and earned an honest review from me that is gift-wrapped with worthy praises and revelations.

We don't have to deal with incompetent management anymore! Even regional management blamed my son for their incompetence by overlooking the fact that he was the victim, as the cops concluded.
All of this happened because these under-qualified managers couldn't make mature decisions.

No one here will care about you, but you will need them to. Not the leasing office and not even corporate (Greystar, who has a 1.4 out of 5 average ratings on Google alone.)

My normal neighbors would say that as well since they are waiting to leave due to their own problems and to Greystar acquiring this community. You know, an employee here got his vehicle stolen recently and has had a rat infestation problem for a long time is moving out too.

P.S. Many places near here rent at lower rates and have better recent reviews from tenants who've lived there for a while. Keep looking at Google reviews.
In addition, there is a similarly priced property with much better amenities, appliances, location, and recent reviews; it's a more luxurious complex that's also near.
Do your homework and stay away from Greystar properties as they own lots of them, or you risk being in the same environment.
Sorry, I can't post the properties' names or the name of the misdemeanor charge due to Google policies. My son's review was removed for doing that. (You're not slick, management š)

I have thoroughly enjoyed my home here. I have not lived in an apartment since 2008. This was an adjustment. But any time I have had a need, the management team has been very responsive. My apartment building common thoroughfares are well maintained and cleaned daily. Itās been a pleasant and safe place to stay.

Been a resident now almost 2 years and I really enjoy living here. The property is well taken care of. The apartments are very nice and spacious, and all of the employees are very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are few and always resolved very quickly. The location is perfect, can walk to the mall across the street, or the metro 10 minute walk. It's a great place to live and the team works hard to maintain it.

I visited the beautiful property and was amazed. I wish I could give more stars for the amazing tour I had. I came at the last minute and they took me right away. As we wrapped up I went to my truck to call my husband about my tour and my truck wouldnāt start. Tosha the property manager noticed I had trouble so she called her maintenance technician and they came out right away. They were very equipped! 45 minutes later it started. He also hooked it up to a computer that told him what else was going on. So Iām sold and will be a future resident here. Outstanding all around

Loved living here until we moved out. After moving out, they contacted us and told us we had a balance on our account (we had fully paid everything on the account 4 days before moving out) and that it had already been sent to pre collections. No warning or attempt to have us pay directly to them first. We were completely unaware we had a balance because they locked us out of the online portal after we moved out even though our lease was still active for another week. To make it even worse, when they sent it to pre collections, they sent it separately for both me and my wife, so the collections company is now seeking double what they told us we would owe. We have a friend that moved out of this complex a few years ago and had a very similar story and had to put up a huge fight to get it resolved. I'd avoid renting here unless you plan on never leaving.
Edit: I see they responded to me saying to reach out to resolve the situation. We had reached out before I ever left this review. They told us there was nothing to do. They're just trying to look better to the public here
