We went up to Tacoma to find an apartment for our daughter. EZ was wonderful! He not only was able to find us a place in just one day, but he was able to answer all the questions, he kept contacting the sellers to iron out all the annoying details, responded very promptly to many emails and messages and was very knowledgeable. But what makes him special is how very kind he be was to our daughter when she moved cross country by herself. He went out of his way to help, picked her up at the airport and brought her to the new place to do the walk through. He paid for a professional cleaning himself as the seller refused to do it and he made our daughter feel she had someone to count on in a new city. That's going above and beyond. We feel blessed that we met him. We couldn't have found a better real estate agent! Highly recommend him.
