Alisha and her team are hands down the best in Chico! We have used Alisha as our realtor 3 times over the years, and for good reasons. When it comes to purchasing a home she does a great job of listening to what you want and providing options without pressure to buy. She is patient, competent, and genuinely gets satisfaction from seeing you in a home that fits you and your needs. We recently used Alisha and her team in our move across country. She handled the whole process while we were living in another state! She went above and beyond in the process, coordinating cleaners, moving trucks, inspections, and so much more.
