I've dealt with some lousy termite companies after a decade plus in real estate. These guys top the cake. After "completing" over $3,000 in termite repairs, the termite inspector company neglected to make several repairs, prior to issuing a clearance. We had another company come out and state this was flat-out unacceptable after closing. The Structural Pest Board states work should be guaranteed for 1 year. Not this company, they don't obey regulatory boards, they have a 30 day warranty. I would give this company zero stars. Poor customer service, lacking attention to detail, and aloof about problem solving. How this company stays in business or is allowed to operate in the State of California is beyond my comprehension.
