Before Zack and the Torrey team came highly recommended to us to sell our condo we had previously dealt with a real estate agent for the same property, and we have all heard of the horror stories the passed few years of what to expect, and our previous real estate agent introduced us to most of them first hand. We had received offers with blatant photo shopped banking details that a scammer was using to try and steal our property from us that the agent treated as real documentation and was irritated we didn't treat the offer as credible, next came a squatter who had obtained entry to the property through the same agent and created a nightmare where I managed to change out the locks when he was not in the property but was left with rooms filled with his belongings which I could not dispose of without legal repercussions, so we had to get legal assistance to resolve that which took months.
