Decent management and community if someone can vibe with a loud bus, flashing strobe lights, and okay amenities. My first year was excellent, and I enjoyed my time here. However, the second year was unenjoyable. I am paying the market price for our lease agreement. Parking is a plus here since it is cheaper than most other apartment companies, and parking is not an issue. Electronics may need some improvements to the system. There is a snack machine and beverage machine that I live off of. There may be internet in the community lounge, and it's a quiet place to study because it is usually empty. A lot of tenants use the pool, and it is lively. Uptown recently installed new signages and doggy 💩 dispensers around the area. I would love to catch a glimpse of the community event life here since it is close to the nightlife scene.

I lived at this complex for 12+ years. My only reason for moving was because I bought a place. It was the perfect location for Bart (public transportation), restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. I had the pleasure of dealing with their great staff. Patty Hernandez was the manager and was great to deal with on any issue. I knew she would listen and take any suggestion I had and work with me. She was very kind and very fair during my time at the Uptown Apartments. She will be missed. I would also like to mention the maintenance crew who were wonderful to work with, Pryce, Diego and Alex. They worked very hard and always with a positive outlook. The front desk staff were also great and easy to communicate with, Aliece and Jasmine. I am going to miss this staff very much. I would definitely rent at this location and with this staff, if that opportunity shall ever arise.

A recap: dog feces all over outside common areas. Bad plumbing in building. Frequent fire alarms. Extremely noisy on weekends. No ac or air in units so be wise which direction your potential unit faces. ect ect.

My rating will remain though for now. 1 out of 5.

Moving into The Uptown has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The beautiful and comfortable environment, along with the high-end and convenient facilities, truly uplifts my mood. I especially want to highlight the professional and efficient property management as well as the warm and attentive service. I am in the process of moving to California from out of state. It is hard to decide where to live when you cannot tour in person. Kailey, a 5 star employee at Uptown, has made the process much easier for me. She has graciously taken me on 2 virtual tours and always gets back to me when she sees there was a missed call. I look forward to living at the Uptown and knowing she is there to help.

At The Uptown we found everything we were looking for, the staff is wonderful, from the cleaning staff, maintenance, security, lease and the manager. They have always been helpful to everyone I have asked for help. The place looks extraordinary. Every day the staff goes out of their way to keep everything running smoothly. I tell my friends that everyone should move to this property. This is paradise! Everything is impeccable. Thank you uptown team

I was looking for an apartment for my parents and am so fortunate to find such an amazing community in The Uptown. The apartment and amenities are first tier and beyond our expectations, but most importantly, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Mary, our leasing agent, for making my parents feel so at home in the leasing process.
