Excellent proximity to the water and other trails. The apartments suffer from a lack of TLC and upgrades, but the old-school aesthetic is cool and nostalgic. It also kind of feels like you're living in a park.

Black mold everywhere and when you ask for help they say it’s your fault , you need to have air circulation so when we get air circulation, and a expensive humidifier and the problem is still accounting there gonna say it’s your fault this place needs shut down asap , cause fungal pneumonia for me but that’s my fault in there eyes

I loved this apartment so much. It was on the older side, but I loved the character. They recently repainted the outside and it looks marvelous. I loved the leasing office staff, they were polite and accommodating. They are a little outdated with it comes to applicanes, but that’s something that I could easily look past. We had a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and I thought it was very spacious. We had tons of room. Separate kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom space. It was perfect. The laundry downstairs wasn’t too bad either. I would move back here any day if we had the option too! I loved the location. I never felt unsafe. Never had issues with my car either. There is a bit of a tough time parking in the evening but I always managed to find a spot somewhere. Love this place!

I would never recommend this place for anyone to live in they need to be torn down there is health code violation after violation everywhere you look. No fans in the bathrooms so mold every where windows don't lock and there are Crack heads in the woods surrounding the area so keep a loaded gun. Security lurk and watch for valuable stuff in cars and break into them. Laundry just got fixed a couple months ago. They have 50 years of paint inside so the walls have 5 foot bubbles doors swell and you can't open them.

Have lived here for over a year and I love it! The water and mountain views are amazing and the units are so spacious! I wish there were in unit washer and dryer but regardless it’s still a great space:) definitely recommend!

For all those who may not be aware, this apartment complex used to be called Seaglass Village, and I believe that those reviews are more accurate than those under this recent rebranding. I would suggest that you stay far far away from these apartments. They are horribly run, and they clearly don't care about the tenants at all. For years the washers and dryers didn't work meaning I had to go to a laundromat, and parking is always difficult. Plumbing is old so the water always built up during my shower and slowly drained, meaning I basically took a bath as I showered. The whole apartment retains so much moisture, and so there's always a mold problem everywhere. I've had clothes I had to throw away because they grew mold in the apartments. There was so much moisture at times that I had a hard time opening and closing (and locking!) doors because the wood swelled up so much. There's a huge lack of outlets throughout the apartment, and it was always incredibly challenging to figure out where our light fixtures and electronics went. The walls are super thin, and I could hear my neighbors on both sides watching TV and playing video games. Management is trying to sell Seaglass/The View as luxury apartments, but they're just old and overpriced Navy barracks with a ton of issues. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone I cared about, please find a much better place to live.

I have lived here for a 3 plus years . We have gone through many re sales of management companies . There were grim times , but this new co that came in immaculate . Porch lights , security , proper apartment labeling numbers , the ground keeping , a lovely lovely new renovated laundry room ! It’s a miracle and they are stellar . Thank you Bob , Denon , Maliah , Tara , Melissa ! (maintenance to office super attentive and swift to help with issues ! ) quickly and kindly resolved ! So relieved to have them . They have taken this place from bad reviews to wonderful ! And side note , you really can’t beat the view ! AAA plus to new management . Thank you , Wendy
