It's a great community to live and work in. We moved to Vistancia in 2019. We've enjoyed the community activities - concerts, fairs, classes, and markets. The community is always kept very clean.

They use drones to inspect your backyard without your knowledge or consent beforehand, this is has to be some insanely huge privacy violation and I hope someone looks into the legality of this. Even if this isn’t legally wrong it’s morally disgusting.

Our new home is being built here. Overall, we have been very happy with the progress of our home. It will be done within the next few months and we are very much looking forward to moving into our new community. We were able to design our home from the ground up and add in as much or as little as we wanted to fit our needs and our budget. The sales team at this location leaves a little to be desired, but the rest of the team is great

We house-sat our friends' place for the last month. Was incredible. Neighborhoods were quiet and clean. Great walking paths--if you can take the summer heat. Good pools. Air-conditioned basketball gym is great and pretty much unused. Reasonable distance to lots of shopping, while you can get essentials/groceries at Safeway or Walgreens right down the road.

We moved up to Vistancia in 2015 and our family has absolutely loved it here. It's a beautiful neighborhood with lots of amenities to take advantage of daily. We love the feeling of being on the outskirts of Peoria, but we're still close enough to drive there daily. Some of the HOA rules are a bit strict, but the neighborhood looks fabulous, so I guess we can't complain too much. 🙂

We like to visit the Farmers Market of Vistancia and see what catches our attention. This month, we were there to pick up our Sunny Valley Roasted Honduras Blend Coffee, Arizona Bread Company's Chili Cheddar Bread, Cranberry Orange Bread, some Avocado Chocolate Sauce and see Nancy Jones of Traveling Vineyard. We will return to visit.

We just moved into the neighborhood, and have only had a chance to check out a few of the amenities, but everything we have seen so far has been fantastic!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining policies and procedures. I am glad we chose Vistancia as the area for our daughter to grow up in!!! I am excited to be part of such an excellent community!!!

The rules are strict, occasionally nonsensical, but at least it keeps the neighborhood looking good.... no street parking from midnight to 5 am? There's no traffic during those hours, so nobody cares if there are cars in the street. How about changing that to no street parking from 10 am to 6 pm? That's when the kids are playing outside and will dart out from between those parked cars....
