I really enjoy living here. A controlled access building makes me feel safe and secure. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. The building is regularly cleaned and well maintained. There is a nice gym and a lovely rooftop area with a spot for dogs, which I wish was bigger, but it’s nice to even be there. I love the package lockers so I get deliveries securely. Office staff are friendly and helpful. My apartment has a wonderful layout with a sexy kitchen, large bathroom/laundry room, walk in closet, and tall ceilings. I feel I’ve found the gem of Everett.

I have lived here three years now I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom with a water view and I love it.
Looks like they are making changes to make the property more safe.
If I ever have a maintenance issue, it gets fixed quickly.
The staff here are Friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns.
Thank you so much Waterline team.

This place has really gone down hill in the 3 and half years that I have lived there. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management here does not care about residents at all. They never enforce the rules, so the place is a free-for-all—dogs constantly off-leash, noise issues, and trash left everywhere.

Parking is an absolute nightmare. They charge $150 a month for parking, yet half the time, you can’t even find a spot. What are we paying for? Meanwhile, the elevators are broken 90% of the time, making it miserable if you live on a higher floor.

And let’s talk about the price—I was almost paying $3,200 a month for a so-called “luxury” apartment that is anything but. Nothing is maintained properly, and for what we’re paying, it’s beyond ridiculous. Half the people living here don’t care to keep the amenities nice. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else.

I really like living here. Been here a little over 7 years. Nice neighbors and staff. My apartment is beautiful and maintenance has been great when I've needed anything fixed. I'm still here because I really enjoy the nice feeling of community and I feel safe here. The management is very responsive and really seems to care. Some pictures of my apartment are added.

Heh, management asked me how I liked my apartment in this building. I basically said, five stars. It's wonderful with a great view, and the immediate neighbors are nice. Maintenance comes within a day or two to fix any issues within my apartment. (Or as soon as they can, if they have to order an entire washing machine and there happens to be a supply chain issue or something.) There is no central air conditioning, but I can get a floor unit to work... So the management asked me to write a review.

But that's only half the experience. The common areas have issues, because they seem to be not designed for the amount of usage they get. The trash chute once got so clogged, we now have to pay extra for concierge trash service. The elevators get so overused, only one of three is working now. The air conditioner in the gym has twice gotten so overworked, it shut down; now we prop the door open in the winter to get fresh air. I have not had any issues with the garage, but many residents have reported prowls - and we already pay extra for parking. One exit stairwell was reported jammed at the ground level; I still don't know if it is fixed. But some things are not the management fault; many residents believe in leaving dog$#!+ on the roof garden - and in the stairwells. Other residents sometimes believe in after-hours party on the patio. And we now pay an extra surcharge for the maintenance of the common areas. (Edit: Common area maintenance has improved in recent months; for instance, the air conditioner, the exit, and all the elevators are working right now. But I'm going to watch some more before I change my review.)

My advice to potential tenants is, this is not a horrible place, but you will do well to shop around.

I would like to share everyone a great news to this place, New Management new owner new policies and now this place is an awesome place to live, I have a top floor unit a breathtaking views of city and the water, new management is wonderful the place are all well taking care of, being a resident here for almost 4 years this is the best I experienced, the place is beautiful I felt like I live in a pent house 💖 after all the solution was better management and new ownership. May this stays and continue to be how it is now, this place is the best location, convenience and all downtown has to offer. We will dearly miss this place if we ever move on to get our own house. Finally! The beauty of this place finally found the right matched! Shout out to the new management Valerie Rosmith… I love the new name “ Waterline” 💖💖💖 God bless 🙏🏼

When we were first looking for a new place to live, we stopped by here and took a tour of the apartment that they staged for potential residence. After meeting the management and the staff in the office, we were very impressed and felt very welcome just in our search. Once a particular apartment became available, we did a tour and decided on the spot to take it. Management was very helpful and appreciative, and was always available whenever we needed them. The space in the apartment is more than enough, and we love the high ceilings and all of the wonderful windows and sliding glass door with our Juliet balcony. The parking garage has a secured access so that it’s not open to the public. It is also a secured and locked building that can only be accessed with a key fob that each resident has.
The apartment complex is centrally located in the north end of Everett, which is surrounded by restaurants, stores, police station, schools, and to several parks, and access to the waterfront. An extra added bonus actually is located on the bottom floor of this building. It is a wonderful French bakery called Choux Choux which is open seven days a week, and even on holidays.(we frequent it several days a week😉)
We have been here since the middle of March and are enjoying every single moment we’re here, including the beautiful sunsets. The rent is also very comparable to similar apartment communities with the same amenities that are here (workout center, brand new sky deck, valet trash service, package delivery lockers, pet, friendly, and more.) Needless to say we are extremely pleased that we found this place and we are enjoying living here.
