I am the happiest I have been in many years since moving to The Whitby a little over three months ago. It is such a wonderful feeling to wake up each morning and look out over the beautiful surroundings. The residents I have met have now become wonderful friends. We are provided with so many amenities for gathering and working that each day is such a pleasure. The management staff is very professional, friendly and very accommodating and most important a joy to be around. I can't imagine there is a better apartment community in Birmingham to live than The Whitby!

I had the pleasure of touring the Whitby today, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. As someone who has worked in the multifamily industry for 7 years, I've seen my fair share of properties, but the Whitby was truly impressive!

The staff at the Whitby, particularly Georgia and Chance, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome. Their knowledge and expertise were evident, and I couldn't have asked for better assistance and tour.

Not only were the staff amazing, but the property itself was stunning. The attention to detail in the design was impressive. From the beautiful landscaping to the well-kept amenities, the Whitby offers a top-notch living experience.

The place looks brand new. The pool area looks incredible. The hallways are clean. The units themselves have the most up to date appliances. The management is on top of everything. You really couldn’t ask for a better place to potentially live in that area.

The Whitby is absolutely stunning! Chance and Georgia were extremely helpful with the application process. I was approved within a reasonable time frame. I love the finishes in the units and the floor plans. It feels like you're living in a hotel out of town. It doesn't feel like you're in Birmingham at all! Overall, this is a beautiful place to live, and I had a wonderful experience working with Chance and Georgia.

This is a beautiful community! The Whitby is a brand new location and is perfect if you are looking to move to the Hoover/Birmingham area! Don't get me started on the pool they are building, just WOW!!!! The staff were awesome too! Ask for a tour with Chance when you book your appointment!!! Can't wait to be living here this summer!

Just moved in this past weekend. The apartment is beautiful with state of the art utilities and trimmings. Georgia and Chance have been extremely helpful during the process and went out of their way to double check on us the day after we moved in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Beautiful facility, and I'm looking forward to enjoying all the amenities the complex has to offer!

The property coming in at the corner of Hwy 119 and Brook Highland Pkwy looks amazing. The Whitby is truly going to be a first class property! And, with all of the amenities and conveniences located in the immediate area, I expect it to become a very desirable place to live. I can't wait to get a tour of the units myself next week! It has been a joy to meet and interact with Georgia, the Community Manager -- she's wonderful. As someone who lives, works, and attends church in this community, I look forward to meeting the new residents who will soon be moving in. Welcome to the neighborhood!
