I have stayed at this wonderful complex for 3 years and u wouldn’t change them for a thing. The complex has wonderful amenities such as wonderful top view, up to date grill, clean gym and clean units.

John & the maintenance team has always been pleasant to talk to, quick and efficient with work and helpful whenever needed.

Ms. Byrd and Ms. Gabbie are always pleasant and professional when it comes to any complaints brought to them and will tactfully and kindly inform you.

The complex does hold nice community events with taco trucks, ice cream and other guilty pleasures.

Overall I would highly recommend this complex I had no issues such as mold, rodent infestation, leaking ceiling or toilet. Any maintenance issues were fixed promptly.

I spent three years living at The Windsor and my experience was very positive. The units are well-insulated - I didn't hear much noise from adjacent neighbors or above/below. Given the proximity to the freeway and North Main Street, my unit was reasonably quiet. The complex is generally quiet as well and the people that live there are friendly.

Crystal (the community manager) is very helpful. I only encountered two issues with the community during my stay and she offered to help right away. The maintenance staff is very efficient and prompt. Most of the service requests that I submitted were handled on the same day.

Rent increases were reasonable and aligned with market conditions. There are two terraces on the top floor and one of them can be reserved for large parties, which I did a few times.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Windsor and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment in downtown Walnut Creek.

Of the many lodgings afforded us, The Windsor has been the very best; a premium five-star accommodation, and largely because Crystal and Stuart practice and live out the very essence of excellence in hospitality. Friendly, caring and professional, they lend a welcoming touch that makes you feel genuinely at home. We have never experienced this before. Each has gone beyond the call in every interaction. The safe, happy and warm mood they set informs and pervades every aspect of the marvelous Windsor living experience.

In addition to this first order management team, the building and surrounding milieu are that of a luxurious villa. Comforting traditional home decor in the rooms, quiet hallways and neighbors, well appointed fixtures and a grand courtyard all combine to make The Windsor a home you never wish to leave.

I have had a wonderful experience at the Windsor so far. I recently moved here from the east coast for work and Crystal and Gabriella made my move extremely easy. They have gone above and beyond to be helpful and are just great to work with. After moving in, they have continued to be outstanding, and have gone out of their way to be helpful. They really are excellent at their jobs. You can tell they take pride in what they do. John is also great. I asked him to clean my washing machine and he had it done the very next morning. My unit is spacious and comfortable. The location is great. It takes me ten minutes to walk to BART. I am so happy I chose the Windsor!

The property management team was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and they were quick to resolve any issues that arose. The maintenance team was equally impressive, consistently showing up on time and completing repairs and upkeep to the highest standards.

But what truly sets this property management team apart is their commitment to creating a welcoming and friendly community. They regularly hosted events and activities for residents, fostering a sense of belonging and connection among us.

We just moved in last week and I would say the staff has been wonderful since we have shown our interest in the apartment, to the application process and up until the first week of movement.

They were very organize and transparent and they are also very responsive to any questions and concerns. The staff are accommodating and understanding. Our deciding point is by reading all the positive reviews on every internet platform regarding the property, we haven’t even tour the property before applying. Gabriella and Crystal accommodated all of our needs and request and even if they are unable at first, they find a way to help us and reach out.

On all of our experiences, this is the first time that a maintenance team tour us to the whole building and make sure that everything is in perfect condition before handing over the keys to the apartment. When we thought that there was a problem with the heater, they responded immediately and send an expert on the next business day. Shout out to John 😁

The property itself is amazing and clean. It is very secured as it’s all key activated.
1. A basement garage with an assigned parking spot for your vehicle. There is even a grocery trolley that you can borrow for your groceries
2. Two trash room on both sides on each floor
3. Gym at the property and access to Marriott's gym as well.
4. Pool access to Marriott’s and you can even hang out to their lobby and bar. If you have friends and family coming around they can avail of Marriott discount under the tenants names.
5. Balcony on each apartment which faces a greenery view
6. Basic appliances: 2 door fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer on each apartment.
7. elevators on both side on each floor,

The area on itself is peaceful and safe, it’s like a posh neighborhood with nearby groceries, mall, carwash, restaurants, gas station, police station. And this is just off a highway.

If you are looking for an apartment/ condo type living, on a reasonable amount, Take your chance. We have read all the possible reviews on every platform on the apartment in this area, Windsor is on the top tier that is less 4k a month at least for 2BR, 2 BA.

Living here has truly been a delightful experience. I made the decision to sign my lease before even seeing the apartment, simply due to the exceptional responsiveness and hospitality displayed by my leasing agent, Gabriella, and the property manager, Crystal. The level of professionalism and care they demonstrated assured me that I was making the right choice.

Additionally, the maintenance staff, especially Stuart, has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. I was pleasantly surprised when Stuart generously offered to mount my TV free of charge upon my move-in. This act of kindness is a testament to the outstanding service provided by the staff.

The dedication of the entire team is evident in their relentless efforts to ensure residents' comfort and satisfaction. Any concerns I've had were promptly addressed with a high degree of professionalism. The area is very quiet, clean and safe, and is further enhanced by the well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing courtyard which I’m fortunate to have a balcony view of.

The array of amenities available adds another layer of convenience and luxury to the overall lifestyle. My favorite amenity is the complimentary access to the Marriott Hotel’s gym and pool, which is right next-door.

In conclusion, I'm privileged to be part of a community where the staff's commitment to excellence shines through in every interaction and service provided. This place not only feels like a residence but a true home where residents' needs are not only met but exceeded.

I can’t say enough good things about living at The Windsor Apartments! Crystal, Gabby, Stuart, and John have been so wonderful to work with. I lived on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard and it was very quiet. The fountain is so peaceful in the mornings. There is a little gym at the Windsor and you do have access to the Marriott gym right next door as well. They do a great job with security here and maintain their property. Don’t hesitate to rent here, just do it. I will miss this place. Thank you again to the Windsor Team, I will miss you all!
