The Winsley apartment complex has been a beautiful and safe place to call home where I can walk my dog on a cemented trail, surrounded by nature. All apartments have problems, but this one is definitely worth the trouble. There are kids playing outside birds chirping, squirrels running around, and everyone is kind to each other in passing. The outdoorsy feeling creates an environment contrast to being stuck in a building in the city. All the amenities are usually open and available for usage. Parking got pretty bad and costly but other than that it’s a good location to start out in.
They really do need to do more for parking that is difficult to have any guests or Even just having more than one car in a household is difficult.

I’ve been a resident at The Winsley for about 10 months now and it’s been a positive experience so far! The leasing office were very communicative when we first moved in and have not disappointed since. I have to give special recognition to the maintenance team because they are prompt and efficient. Any issues we’ve had, they have handled in a timely manner! The amenities are great, my kids and I really enjoyed the pool last summer and can’t wait for this summer! Thank you for the great service.

I have several reasons to stay in The Winsley so far.
One of them, my child and I enjoy the swimming pool on Summer. After school my son waiting me to go there. Second of them, we enjoy the grill area, and we share great time with friends. Third, I enjoy when I look at my son play with his friend in spring and summer. Fourth, my wife enjoys to look at and hear the fount in the lake. Also, My neighbor is too friendly. Sara and Jessica help me friendly when I have dubt about something.

I love living at The Winsley! This will be my 3rd year living here and everyone is so helpful in the office and if I need something repaired it will be fixed the next day, even on the weekends. In the main office building it has a workout room and a full size indoor basketball court with key fob access for after hours. They also have a pool, hot tub, and bbq area, dog park, and pond. Everything is close by so I will not be moving anytime soon.

My car was vandalized today. I found my door handle destroyed and missing, and the apartment administration didn’t even attempt to help. We pay a security fee, yet these incidents continue to happen. Just today, both my car and the one in front of mine were targeted. The situation is being very poorly managed, and security is extremely lacking, homeless individuals are frequently seen wandering the area.

I have lived here now for six or seven months. From the application process to moving in weekend, everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. I picked the Winsley because of it’s location and how well the maintenance on the property is kept at ALL times. I have definitely appreciated the time I have spent as a resident here, at the WInsley.

WILLIAM - 3/13/25 Unclogged our kitchen sink. Wore shoe covers to protect carpet. Was kind to our dog. Cleaned sink completely and put items under the sink back exactly as they were. Disposal fixed and drains properly.

Rent price is better than most places. They keep up with the landscaping. Anytime I call they handle the situation as fast and efficient. Thank you for all your hard work
