Do not live in any of their properties! I am currently living in one of their townhomes and it is infested with mice. I wish I had seen this before moving in they knew this place was infested!

When I pulled back the stove, I found a huge hole in the wall where the mice had built a nest. There was mouse poop everywhere under the stove, and even a dead mouse. There’s also mouse poop in the cabinets where we store our food, and holes in our cereal boxes from the mice just absolutely disgusting.

My husband set some traps and caught three mice. He also sealed the hole, thinking that was the only entry point. Well, jokes on us there were more mice. They chewed the hole back open, and now we have at least six mice running around. There was also rat poop all over my living room, and we’ve even seen mice running in the backyard of the townhouse.

This is a full blown infestation! The neighbors confirmed they have the same problem, which explains why there are so many stray cats around the complex they’re probably trying to control the mice.

Management doesn’t care. If you try to contact them, they don’t respond. But let you be late on rent, they blow up your phone. They don’t care about the unlivable conditions of their units. Please don’t rent here unless it’s your absolute last resort!

Property manager Devyn, is very unprofessional, has no knowledge of tenant rights... In short, they decided not to renew my mother's lease; per Devyn the place is being renovated and doubling the rent to $1800, but per owner Cory it is going up for sale! I could careless what they do with it but they did not send proper notice to my mother and then lied about it. After going back and forth with them, and receiving idle threats of this being handled legally. Cory offer a 90 day lease extension. I was ready for a legal fight because they were wrong ethically and legally! Nevertheless Devyn rushed over to have my mother to sign a new lease without giving proper notice that he was coming over. Nice way to cover his behind! DO NOT trust this company with your elderly family members they are shady, and will violate every tenant right, when they think you don't know your rights! Stay involved in the affairs of the elderly!!

This is absolutely the worst so-called company ever! The property next door to me had a yard that looked like a forest. I spoke with a guy by the name of Devyn. I showed him where the weeds were growing over the fence into my yard. He acted as if he would handle it, I've made numerous calls and texts, and he could care less. I am now resulting to a civil dispute.
DONT EVERY ALLOW THIRD AND TEN PROPERTIES TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!!

In my 10 plus years of renting I’ve never had such a ghetto unprofessional experience in my life! They moved me into a property that had cats living in the crawl space and rodents living in the air duct. After complaint for months with no solution I had to take them to court! I would save yourself from a headache, stress time and money dealing with these slum lords!
